You have to lubricate these before you use them and if they don't spend more than likely the jets are out of alignment so put them back in alignment.

I have one here in the UK with exactly the same rotary bar set up and classed as 15",but not a Briggs and stratton make .The dealer stated that it was 150 bar max but when used on my 150 bar electric LAVOR pressure washer it was useless .I tried it on my 3800 Simpson petrol washer and it works brilliant .Admittedly I need the larger rotary cleaner on wheels like a whirlaway but will see how this will last . Seems they need some good psi to work best.
*Been using a simpson for 2 years with a lot of problems.🌼 **allabout.wiki/Briggs-Strattonr** Decided to take a shot with this karcher. I'm using it on a 3100psi @ 2.5gpm. very good spray and movement. If you are using a lower grade psi or gpm it will not work as good. For a home unit it is made solid and we'll worth it especially if you can get it damaged box for around 45.00*
Mine works great.
I have had 2 of these in 2016 unless they have changed the design they are junk. They work for a little while then they start slowing down. The jets were not stopped up and they weren't out of alignment. The company needs to put a sealed barring in these things but they don't.
Such a great upgrade from a wand for flat work...

I went to Lowe's to buy one and when I went to checkout they wouldn't sell it to me. Turns out it was recalled for an injury hazard

get a pressure washer with a higher gpm.
These things have a design flaw there junk.
all over the place with that..need an extension. Very inexpensive on amazon. don't kill your back.

It takes the a thin layer of the top of the concrete off but it’s only a tiny bit. Nothing really to be concerned about.
Will the B&S Surface Cleaner 14” work with an electric Pressure Washer that puts out 2030PSI? Please let me know. Thanks in advance!
Those electric pressure washers on Amazon are misleading. Some claim they do 3k Psi which is complete BS. Get a mechanical pressure washer. I'd reccommend a 4gpm 4400 psi one.
