    Use a petrol leaf blower in combo with this to blow away pooling of water 👍 just bought this surface cleaner will be using next weekend cheers

    One thing to consider when purchasing a surface cleaner is it needs to match the gallons per minute the pump delivers, generally 1 gallon per minute delivered equals 4" of bar length for optimised cleaning, so a 20" ideally wants a 5 gallon per minute pump delivery.

    Also post treatment after with a bleach/soap mix will help eliminate lines after as well

    I bought the 20" it worked fabulous, however on the second use, the cheap plastic handle would no longer press the "pin" in to start the water flow. The plastic bends before pushing the pin in. very frustrating

    How do you grease the bearing? Thank you!

    • @JsGarage
      @JsGarage  2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      The bearings are exposed. They can be hand packed with grease.

    Thx for the review. I just bought this. Where do the O rings go? In instructions they say, "detach o rings to prevent leakage"

    • @JsGarage
      @JsGarage  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Only place I recall an o-ring is the middle of the two piece wand. I haven’t had to do anything with o-rings so far.

    Next time pre treat the drive way with a sh mix (bleach) and soap, let it dwell to kill the mold etc. & you'll notice a big difference in cleaning with a surface cleaner

    • @JsGarage
      @JsGarage  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I’ll have to give that another try with the surface cleaner. I’ve used that method with just a pressure nozzle previously and felt pretty underwhelmed achieving results in line with just water. That method works amazing on my house siding though.

    Do u like the wheels?
    The smaller ones don't have wheels n I'm wondering if the wheels are helpful?

    • @JsGarage
      @JsGarage  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I do like the wheels as it keeps the washing at a constant height and moves nicely. Tool is very easy to control with wheels. It moves well without pressure applied as well. Tool requires very little effort from the operator with the wheels and size.

      I am thinking to add wheels on my smaller 12" unit.

      I added wheels to a 15”, plastic. A bit of a project to level and manage wheel clearance. I just did 4,500sq ft.

    Well actually you can get the job done with just the surface cleaner. You’ll just have to lift at a slight angle.

    How to connect to a Homelite 2700 PSI Honda

      Should be the same quick connect as most other pressure washers.

      The unit worked for a while. Then it stopped working. The water was coming out on one side and didn't turn. How can it be fixed?

    • @JsGarage
      @JsGarage  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@patriciaguthrie8567 if it’s only spraying from one nozzle the other is clogged. It should have came with a small pin to still in the nozzle to clear it out. Make sure it’s not connected to pressure washer when attempting to clean it out.

    • @JsGarage
      @JsGarage  ปีที่แล้ว

      Clogged nozzle shouldn’t be a very common thing. Make sure nothing gets into the quick connect end when storing it so you don’t have to deal with unclogging it. It’s possible you may have yo remove the nozzles and run some low pressure water through it to clear it.

    Take the spray arm off clean it, apply white lithium grease, then replace the arm. The more expensive models have a sealed bearing. You can buy better casters too.
