Cynthia has one of the most polished sounds in the world imo. She doesn't over sing, and she knows how to perform in the song and not just perform the song. She WAS the song

You should check her live BBC concert at Royal Albert Hall last year of "I Who Have Nothing" and "Ain't No Way." Gorgeous, also very original, which aint easy to do on these songs.

... I'm ashamed to admit I have slept on her. The first time I even heard of her is seeing her act in the Netflix movie Sandman. She was great, by the way. Oh & seeing Pinocchio i waslike, WHO IS THIS WOMAN!! After that pop ups of her started showing up in my TH-cam feed. When she knocked me out by singing Ain't No Way, I was hooked. I instantly became a fan of not only her acting but her voice. THEN, after following her on social media i became a fan of her her as a person. Beautiful spirit.

Cynthia Erivo has nice singing voice but for me it lacks soul. It sound so plain. The classics that she performs are very soulful and just aren’t a match for her voice to me. Don’t get me wrong she can sing it just lacks something to me.
