That is not right. These are living human beings not animals. He would be within his rights for sue her for parental alienation. This is about the kids not the marriage. As a women, I see this a these two should not have been together. I can't even say he was in the wrong first by how poorly Op is acting. If this is what he has had to deal with I would have started looking for someone else too if I were him. Op is grossly shortsighted. Luckily with a great lawyer he can change their names and get 50/50 and be done with her.

Why not? Mia did all the stuff the parent of the children is SUPPOSED to do for the pregnant person. All the sp3rm donor did was donate his genetics and then make her whole pregnancy unnecessarily stressful. Whats more, she and the kids will be dealing with the situation he created for the rest of their lives. He doesn't get any naming rights in this situation.

i actually let my best friend name my child. (context) im 17 now with a 2 year old. and at the time my parent had kicked me out. same thing happend to me my boyfriend cheated and my parents sided with him that it was my fault he cheated and my best friend let me move in with her and her family. she helped me with everything and when it came to the time i did ask her what my baby boy' name was going to be as she was the one there for me. and she picked kyanu. and when my ex found out he was pissed but i didnt care, me and her kinda created our own little family. she got pregnant soon after and a similar story happend to her. so we moved in together and we are now raising our sons together and our exes lost custody.

Personally I wouldn't even have shown him. I would have gone straight to the court and demanded custody. Also, good on you for not being the one who cheated because I feel like in all the stories I have heard about with this kind of thing, the baby ends up not being the dads and the mother cheated, but thats probably because of random chance that those are the videos that I see.

She doesn't have to be gay. I know two divorced women who live together and are raising their families together. Both discovered how useless and shitty men have become. Both husbands did nothing, one cheated, the other spent every free second gaming.
Both women are each others POA for both medical and financial. They own a home together, and co-parent each other's kids. Neither dad has any real interest in their kids, sees them maybe once or twice a month. The two women date when they want to but never anything serious. They are really happy.
