    Can u please do a video on the basic things you need to buy when you first purchase the cricut maker 3 I don't know anything and don't want to buy every single peace just yet if I don't need to

    Appreciate your video/information.
    I bought my 11yo for Christmas (she wants to start a business). So our Maker, that came with the knife blade. We purchased the fine point tip, but without the housing, Michael's didn't have any in stock.
    I was told that the knife blade housing does fit the fine point. I have yet to try.
    I am trying to decipher which blades to get, so watching this video has helped me choose
    Cheers and Thank-you.

    OMG I got a Maker 3 and I was so annoyed because they did not include a manual telling about the features. I had no idea about all these blades. I am gonna check out your other videos. You did a great job! 👏🤗

    I bought my first cricut machine after I found out how much easier working the Joy worked. (Which I did but first. ) I just got The Maker yesterday. I was surprised at how many tools it could use. I would complain about the price. But, 1I have noticed how nice the quality of each wheel/blade/engraving tips are. My hope is they won't need replacing as much as the other machine I have which name I won't mention.

    It is a nice video but why didn't you show what each blade actualy does? I want to buy myself an cricut machine but I'm still not sure which one and this helps somewhat but until I actualy see what all these blades can do I can not determen if it is good for me.
    But your explanation is very clear tho 👍

    I just bought some blades. I see in the Knife blade + drive housing instructions that the blade is removable. I followed the instructions but it was not falling out, maybe i was doing something wrong. I saw a previous video about it but i can't seem to remove it but that person did... I'm afraid to mess it up or accidently cut myself. Do you have a video removing that type of blade with drive housing??

    • @DesignBundles
      @DesignBundles  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Tracy! Is it a Cricut brand blade? You should be able to pull it out easily by pushing down on the top part. We also recommend putting the plastic cap on before you remove so you won't get cut in the process! - Dawn

    Can this cut any design in paper? Does it have to be drawn on a pc ?

    • @DesignBundles
      @DesignBundles  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi there! The Cricut machines can cut a variety of designs as long as the file type is compatible with the Design Scape program. Typically, for cutting vinyl an SVG file would be used but if you are completing a "Print and Cut" project it would be a PNG file. - Dawn😊

  • @GwendolynSimone

    If the storage container pops open, could you take the protective cover off the blade, hang the housing through the slot, then put the protective cover back on the blade and close the container? You’d have to do all the steps in reverse to get it out and use it, but at least the protective cover could be used.

      That's what I did with the knife blade. I don't have the cover on my rotary blade so I think maybe that one can't be put on while it's hanging in the case. I left the covers on my wavy and perf tips. They fit in the bottom with their plastic covers on.

    What is the better Cricut machine

    • @sonjiavowell8659
      @sonjiavowell8659 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It usually depends on what kind of crafts you do. If you're into paper crafts or making t-shirts with htv vinyl, you're better off with the cricut explorer; if you're into cutting fabric for sewing, cutting leather and so on, you're better off with the cricut. The explorer, cuts 100's of material, where the maker cuts a lot more material and it has more adaptive tools to work with the machine t han the explorer. Hopefully this answers your question.

    I just got a cricut machine & have tried MANY times to get it to work but I just don’t know what the heck I’m doing, even when I’ve watched beginner Cricut machine tutorials!!! I’m SOOO lost!! My bf spent literally hundreds & hundreds of dollars on everything I’d need/want for my Cricut including all different types of expensive vinyl papers & the tools etc. idk what to do!! I know he’s really upset he went through so much money/effort/time/thought into trying to make me happy buying me this stuff. But I can’t even use it & it’s just collecting dust! I got absolutely everything for it, hell he even got me not one BUT TWO Cricut EasyPress 2 machines as well as a Cricut Explore Air 2! But I’m so so lost. Can ANYBODY please try to help me

    I want to see the machines cut foam board from the dollar store. Foam core board not that soft foam that comes in little squares to run your petal press on. I just got the cricket maker 3 & the thing i want to cut up the most, it seems, I cannot. I mean, that's okay, I suppose. I can always use chipboard, I guess. I mean, I haven't. But I can.🤣 I want/need to learn how to use all of it as it is my 1st machine and i struggle with uncertainty on all of it. But I primarily want squares that I can adhere together later or use hinges or something. I want to make boxes. Well, sort of. But that's the foundation of my idea. However, I just accidentally pulled the top 3 shelves down over my secretary and broke that, too. So now my little ass bedroom/craft room looks like a damned tornado hit it (thankfully we're in the middle of a bathroom remodel so no one has noticed yet that I dragged half of what I own across the loving room😂🤣) but then on to learning which tool for which job and how
