    This is priceless material. For the most popular sport in the world, it's remarkable how elusive quality training material on conditioning, technique, and tactics can be. The more you learn about the game, the more you realize how limited most people's understanding of it truly is and how specialized football knowledge is. I guess that's why it's not shared openly-it's an extremely valuable resource. Yet, here you are, sharing information worth so much for free.
    I'm just an average amateur player who trains and plays for the love of the game. After five years of health struggles, I'm finally getting back into it, so I haven’t been very in touch with the football YT community. Still, I’m confident your channel must be one of the best on the subject, and when it comes to football conditioning, perhaps the very best.

    Massive value in this video! 👌
    Also, alongside of this, would you do an only upper body session on a separated session?

    • @ArmasStrength
      @ArmasStrength  19 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      With this, you can go many ways depending on your needs and schedule.
      In short, yes, you can do one more session comprised of upper body or if your time and schedule allows, you can even add a fullbody sesh to include more leg exercises along with upper body exercises 🤝

    Thank you, I enjoyed your in season program the past few seasons.
    My question to you is, what do you think about incorporating high reps for muscle induce?

    Love your videos! How do you know how much weight to use in the split squat and when to add more weight? How far from failure do you want to be?

    • @ArmasStrength
      @ArmasStrength  17 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      RPE of 7-8 meaning 2-3 reps shy of failure

    Hey boss, what do you think about the jhon terry treadmill workout ? Is it one the best workout to have elite stamina

    • @ArmasStrength
      @ArmasStrength  18 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      I just did a modified version of it two days ago and it is very good. However, I am not the biggest fan of the incline for multiple reasons.

    • @Zlankator
      @Zlankator 17 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @ whats the version you did ? And why you’re not a fan of incline , thank u

    • @ArmasStrength
      @ArmasStrength  15 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@Zlankator I understand the incline adds more intensity to the workout but it's not a stimulus I see worth the stress for the return. you get.
      Instead, I'd rather increase the speed so the footballer can cover more distance in less time.
      Also, footballers run on flat surfaces. If I wanted to train incline I would do sprints for acceleration gains.
      Lastly, I can see tendon overuse injuries happening if not managed correctly.
      Ultimately, it's up to the coach/athlete to decide based on their specific needs. Context is always important when choosing the right exercise.

    • @Zlankator
      @Zlankator 14 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      @@ArmasStrength yeah I understand what you saying but I don’t know if you know that the Jhonn terry workout is basically a sprint because the treadmill is at 18kmh in 12% incline 20s effort 40s rest for 15 times , it’s harder than most fitness tests for sure

    • @ArmasStrength
      @ArmasStrength  13 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@Zlankator Yeah I'm fully aware of the speed which is intense for many and despite that, I still increase the speed higher than 12mph depending on the capacity of the athlete I am working with. I work with high-level footballers and because we get rid of the incline they can perform the runs at higher speeds and cover more ground.

      Training doesn’t have to be complex. Good training is simple. But also what’s the context of this training? What type of footballers did I make this routine for?
