A plus to living here is definitely it’s natural beauty. Drive around and look up and around. The surrounding countryside around the main city area is so pretty. Every time I take a drive to go to the doctor in Moreno Valley I feel like I’m on vacation somewhere. And definitely has that small town feel.
Ive been in san jacinto since 91. Dont move here. The democrat mayor destroyed this town. Homeless everywhere. You cant even go in a store without being asked for money. And crime is bad too.
HI, I am local resident in SJ, I know the city inside out. I moved here from LA 4 yrs ago. Here it's way less crowded and more rural-lish. There has been a lot of new housing tracks going recently. These are planned developments with their own parks and walking paths. Built by DR Horton and lennar. San Jacinto/Hemet are actually closely interwined so any discussion of SJ also has to include hemet. I have views both negative and positive about the region. Pos include less crime overall than LA, less traffic, quiet rural streets for cycling, lots of mini-parks, more big trees here than most other cities in SoCAl, ect. Neg is 4 months of yr it is blazing hot w temps avg 95F and nasty heat waves of 100-110 at times, You have to have AC in summer and it is expensive to run in CA. Another neg is no culture at all and no walkable old town. Florida ave is ragged in sections. I have said enough for now. I could write a small book on Hemet/ SF. There is one outstanding recreation spot and it is Perris lake, If you love watersports.
Seen nice houses out there I was about to buy but they are way too close to the scum of that city. Place reminds me of Stockton CA except everything included the crime and gangs are all close together.
People are not scum. We need prayer for those caught in sinful and criminal activities. Christ died to seek and save the lost. They are human beings in need of a savior. You don’t know how they got where they are at.
Eh... those are everywhere. I'm from Chattanooga. They're worse in Chattanooga and Chattanooga is still a nice place. They're WAY worse in Memphis though. I don't recommend Memphis unless you're familiar with the area.
As a current resident of the area you forgot to mention the smell 😅 there are so many farms nearby that the cow manure scent is strong. Also you hear the cow’s mooing all the time 🤣
The guy who did this U-Tube video forgot to mention if your afraid of earthquakes don't move to San Jacinto Ca. The towns of San Janctio CA.and Hemet basically sit on top of the San Jacinto fault which is part of the San Andreas fault. Two large earthquakes hit in 1918 & 1923. I've went through my share over 46 years of living next to San Jacinto Ca. Drugs Crime and homelessness destroyed Hemet so I moved to Texas.😀.
There aren't many earthquakes but some micro ones maybe each 3 or 4 months for me! And most of them I don't even notice until everyone starts posting about it on social media
Dude please stop saying " San acinto". How is it you can't say San Jacinto, you have a spam last name 🤨 it's not that difficult! I can't take it anymore you said it like two hundred times 😤
Great videos. One suggestion that may help: it’s Southern California, not South California. Would be great if you could reflect that in your title if it’s an option you have available. 😊
Thanks! Unfortunately the Southern California name is to saturated it wouldn’t help me, having South California actually works better for my SEO it was a business decision. Also it makes more people engage on my videos because of the name. It makes some people a bit irritated haha 😂 I need all engagement I can get. All feedback is good feedback.

I love this 💯
Of course a white person says this
I just took pictures overlooking it. I wish I could share them here in the comments
Is it bad getting to the Drs? How about the emergency services down there ?
Been here my whole life I live Alessandro Ave
Same I live there but I don't even know where Alessandro Ave is lol
(Its prob because I suck at directions😢)
Horses! I've been here a long time, nothing really escapes my eyes in this town ❤
Another pro is we are centrally located to deserts, mountains, and beaches. Anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour and a half drive.
💯

What about crime????
What about it? Crime is everywhere, some places better then others and Vice versus there’s no stopping it, the unfortunate truth.
Wow I can't believe he didn't mention that so wild
Diamond Valley Lake sucks. No body contact at all allowed.
Been there many times... No pros living in that whole area!
He deleted the comment talking about the street gangs of sj/hemet because it means one less customer lol
lol

I didn't mention it on U-Tube as we're in California and we have micro earthquakes everyday. Not significant.
ok ... and Texas has drugs, crime and gangs as well lol 🤷🏾♂
