    Is it more beneficial to ask for a price reduction or to ask for max seller credits that lead to temporary buy downs and closing cost coverage?

      Ask for the credit. Dropping your rate or paying for closing cost will save you more money than a price drop.

      Thank you for that. We were outbid on a home on Oakwood street back in 2021 listed at $425k. I love the Woodstreets neighborhood, just seems impossible to acquire a mortgage under $4k now.

    I’ve decided I want to buy a house in the Wood Street’s, so that’s gonna be something I’m working towards, but I’m gonna make it happen. Did you hear me say that I’m going to make it happen? I want the Spanish style with the biggest porch and it has a balcony also than great, but at least a big porch that’s mainly what I care about. And I’m going to make this happen.
