We used the deep lake’s cold water as our makeshift refrigerator, also kept those supplies out of reach of the bear. Needed it, then we’d just canoe out to we’re the line was tied to a float & pull it back up.
Let me simplify: ditch the kayak for a canoe….like a real man!! Kayaks are for wild mountain rivers…. Watching those guys back in the day on the Feather River was awesome!
bro you have to warn them about water coming in up north and rising water. you of all people know how fast a little Miami rose on you. If they can't too close to that water, it could be very very very very very dangerous and expensive.
