DIY Pulley Puller - a simple solution for Removing Pulleys from Motor Shafts.

The challenge was to detach a pulley from a motor shaft, and despite several attempts such as heating it with a burner, applying WD-40, and tapping it out, nothing worked. I found that store-bought pullers were not ideal and posed a risk of damaging the pulley grooves. Hence, I built a multipurpose puller, which ultimately allowed me to dismantle the entire engine. It not only removed the pulley but also eliminated the bearings, impeller, and bottom cover.
Despite its unappealing appearance, the puller performed exceptionally well.
Although one could try to remove the pulley without a puller by supporting it on corners and tapping the shaft through a spacer, I feel that this method is less civilized and could potentially jam the shaft's end. Additionally, this puller could also work to remove washing machine motor pulleys.
