Tried this and was a total nightmare. The battery release is quite difficult to unsnap. Caused the watch body to come lose from the case, and numerals fell off the face which are impossible to reattach. Very tricky to try reseating the body of the watch to the case. My advice unless you are experienced with watch repair take it someone who is. I had to order a new watch. You've been warned.

Never touch a battery with your fingers.
Use a plastic pair of tweezers or gloves.

This Chinese battery is considerably cheaper than Panasonic's. What do you think about its quality?
