I love Casio. However, when they mix digital with the analog I usually cannot see the digital display at all because of my eye site. This watch is beautiful though.
Hi Simon, thanks for the video! About the bracelet: It is probably hollow. I assume, only this way 122 g are achievable with stainless steel. If the wall thickness of the metal is enough to guarantee durability, I guess it is a matter of taste whether one prefers the lightness of this bracelet or solid material weight. Do you feel the bracelet might be not durable, so you could bruise link elements or joints could break? To me important criteria for metal bracelets are that they do not tug hair at your wrist, do not pull any fabric fibers and no clasp wear-out can lead to accidental opening of the strap. What is your experience in this regard?
More than likely hollow links mate but generally it doesn’t pose any problems to arm hair, that I experienced and as for the clasp opening, I never had that happen to me at all. I hope that helps and thank you for watching 👍👍
Good spot mate, I can only presume it was due to lack of wear but that would just be a guess as I’m not sure how long it takes to fully charge. Thanks for watching 👍👍

very nice review,,thank you,,I consider buying these. How does the battery work? Good question mate and the honest answer is I’m not sure. If I was to guess I’d say it probably operated very similar to the Citizen Eco Drive movement and in about 10 years or so you will need to change to battery. Still a great watch though. Thanks for watching Mark 👍👍
Yeah, they should've skipped the lume if it's more or less useless. And a better bracelet could've been featured for a Casio at this price. Otherwise it looks really good IMO. I really like that dial, and with a negative display that function is pretty discreet.
Great video. I am in Australia and wondering if the time sychronisation radio function will work with this watch or for that do you need to be in specific regions?
Thanks very much Brad for your kind words. My understanding is that there are a few satellites it connects too around the world and I’m sure that wouldn’t be any problem in Australia. Thanks for watching mate 👍👍
You can use a free mobile phone app to simulate the radio time signal and sync your watch if you are outside one of the radio reception areas. You probably only need to do that once or twice a month depending on how fussy you are about to the second accuracy.

Nice. I have been wearing their less expensive version the past 5 years. Mine has the same module but a plastic case with an alloy cover. Looks metal except some exposed gray plastic bits. Also mine does not have the negative LCD display, but mine is probably easier to read. I checked Amazon USA September 2022 and your exact model is not currently available. I would like to upgrade mine to the Titanium version. But I already have plenty of watches and this one works fine.

I just bought the titanium version of this watch from a Japanese seller on Amazon, and it did not come with the nice tin box, nor the massive manual. I had to download the PDF manual. Also, my watch simply will not sync itself with atomic time, no matter how I orient it or where I put it in my house. Is there a "best" position for the watch to be in to receive the signal? That is, face up, case up, or a particular face number toward the window? I'm in NY, so I'm a bit far from the Colorado signal, but I have another cheaper watch that is able to sync from my east facing window. Oddly, it is unable to sync from the west facing window!
I no longer own mine but I did find getting signal wasn’t always easy and you gradually work out the best places in the house to get signal. I hope you work it all out mate 👍👍

@@WatchtheTime Two year update: It is a great watch. The display is very clear and easy to read in the office or in other well lit places. In the dark, forget it.
