The Church was so beautiful, whenever I go to Europe I try to stay for the whole Mass, even if it's in a different language, the music and the most beautiful cathedrals or Basilicas are very healing for me🙏 especially after losing 2 children 😥
I can feel so at peace in a cathedral like that one, you can just sit quietly and take in your surroundings, realizing the beauty and history you are surrounded by.
Gabe if you go back to the castle garden and to the right corner from the fountain all the way across the garden there is a lookout point that overlooks the town. Spectacular sight. Catch a sunrise - Magical!
So picturesque, will definitely have to visit Cesky Krumlov when I’m in Europe. Have heard so much about it. Feel like I’ve already been there through your fantastic videos but will be exciting to see it for myself. Thanks, loving this series ❤❤❤
What a lovely town! I'd love to see it in the snow. 🌨❄️ The other towns you've visited all seemed to have a sort of 'mini Prague-ness' about them, but this place is just beautiful.

Really nice videos, if your are planning to continue through the Czech Republic I would recommend Jindřichův Hradec and Telč (unesco) these are small town that are quite close to České Budějovice and are definitely worth it. Some places that are more far away would definitely be Brno (like Prague, but without the tourists) and also Lednice and Mikulov, Lednice is must see, it´s one of the most beautiful castles in the country and the whole area is protected under unesco. I think that you should give Moravia a chance because it has definitely thinks to offer and it´s a bit different experience then Bohemia.
A fairytale town is an apt desctiption, I can see why everyone was recommending it here in the comments. Your timing might be good too, as I'm guessing someplace so beautiful gets crowded in warmer weather.
Ok, so it is sunny and 26 degrees outside here in Prague now, and instead of going out I watch your whole Czech series of videos. It is pain to watch you miss some things but overall as always nice to see outsiders view. Good luck on future adventures.
I was there at christmas time. Think it was off season as very few visitor's .beautiful little town with a bit of an odd feel to it,maybe it was because if was off season and the river was rising because of the rain.

Hi Gabriel, a beautiful town to walk around in strangely enough you're not finding a lot of Czech restaurants everything seems to be from different countries maybe it's fusion cooking.
You should have gone straight into the garden from the Castle... you didn't have to go down and up. One more thing, there's a bear enclosure at the entrance to the castle. That's why people were looking down on the bridge.
Do you mean occasionally? It's when I turn the camera, somehow the microphone is getting rubbed. Or if it's more of a constant noise you're hearing it might be the sound of the river.
@@GabrielTravelerVideos Sorry about that Gabriel. Yes it is intermittent and it is when you are in motion you might be on to something with mic theory. Of course I would not rule out something on my end however I don't hear it on others. I am surprised no one has mentioned it. She is a Filipino so Asia has been covered well. We love Da Nang so we might lay a long term anchor ⚓ there. Thank you so much for the hours of endless entertainment Kent & Tess
yes you have been to the museum but not the upper castle. There are main tours with English language. Renaissance and Baroque halls can be seen here. The most famous is the so-called masquerade hall.
No doubt very beautiful town but it's not unique and you have a dime a dozen of this towns in central/eastern Europe. If I look at uniqueness of middle sized and big towns in Europe I would very much consider my hometown Ghent, Belgium as unique in style in Europe. Haven't seen a similar city anywhere. I'm sure lots of people will agree.
So you told us that you are from Belgium and your town is only unique town in Europe, I would not expect anything else from a Belgian person, but you forgot to mention that your beer is better and you invented "French" fries. 😀
