    As an undiagnosed autistic adult (trying to get my diagnosis right now), I've only had a meltdown twice in my life and this helped me understand what caused them. Please keep making videos like this :)
    A voice-over would be nice too, so viewers could listen. That way slow readers, like myself, wouldn't have to pause the video. I know you can google "text-to-speech" if you would not make your own voice-overs. Although, it can be hard to find a soothing voice from those websites.

      Thank you for your comment. I struggle with verbal communication at times as my mind races so fast with pictures but I will definitely try and do a voice over soon 😊 thank you 😊

    Thank you. As a level 2 autistic, before, during, and after the meltdown, I'm unable to communicate verbally, but I can find another way.

    Mine so far have been triggered by frustraition and sensory overload (sound in particular).
