I don’t usually comment on TH-cam videos but I really want to thank you for posting this (and for creating your channel). my best friend just told me she was diagnosed with bipolar disorder months after calling me during what I now know was a manic episode, and I feel like I can be a better friend and support system for her after listening to you
    Thank you again!

How are you at work? I’m unsure what your describing is true psychosis? I’ve been there, but mine involved hallucinations and delusions. Bipolar one too, take meds, but can’t seem to keep a job. Maybe your next video can focus on work? Great video. I guess everyone’s mania is different.

I honestly think you should continue doing this because it’s super helpful for people who suffer to know they’re not the only ones out there and even for people to realise they actually have some kind of mental health🖤

I want to thank you for posting my bf going through this and I wish he gets out of the episode soon. He pushed me away praying he comes back.

Stop caffeine, no alcohol, no rec drugs, nothing mind altering except your meds.

Thank you so much for this video. I am currently trying to support a relative with bipolar, however they are refusing to take medication 😩 they say they don't want to stop feeling high and hit the low or gain weight.
So glad your bipolar is at least stable now.... Good luck with your other diagnosis xx

Did you ever had high anxiety and agitation during mania?
