    Sounds like your therapist is amazing! It‘s exactly what treatment for OCD often looks like and this kind of treatment can be super helpful for many people! Hope you‘re doing well, these videos are very helpful for me as an aspiring psychotherapist :)

    This is really interesting. Thanks for sharing!
    I'm studying Physiotherapy at Southampton Uni, and the Psychological aspect of health is something that is overlooked quite a lot.
    You are brave for sharing this.
    There are way too many fake people on TH-cam, and it's refreshing to have someone "keeping it real"

    Woooooow this is very informative about yourself and that you’re going through. Thank you for sharing! ALSO, wiping your hands with a dirty towel is just something no one should do OCD or not that’s just weird. But I’m glad you did it and are learning how to cope! ✨

    I developed OCD when I had to take care of myself, pay my own bills, since I bought my own apartment etc, OCD has alot to do with being Insecure and not being ready to take on real responsibility.

    cognitive behavioral therapy can work ( a bit ), but the road is excruciating

    Good luck getting me not to wash my hands before eating during this corona mess.. eek. My OCD is off the charts daily now :/
