This is one of the reasons that I recommend the R7-7700 when talking about an AM5 build. The Wraith Stealth is adequate because, as you said, you have the cooler set to quiet and the ambient room temp is pretty high but the R7-7700 comes with the Wraith Prism which is not only an amazing cooler, it's also beautiful to look at. I've been using a Wraith Prism on my R7-5800X3D for about two years now and it has been more than fine with my temps never going over 80°C. It was originally my stepfather's cooler but he's really old-school and hates RGB. So, I traded the Wraith Spire that came with my R5-3600X for it. There's nothing better than free! 😁
I’ve completely gone back to Nintendo when it comes to console gaming anymore. Not getting a PS5 or Series X for multiple reasons and this is one of many reasons
Technically, the transfer of heat is 100%. So whether the CPU runs at 92 degrees because of a bad cooler or at 70 with a great cooler, it will heat the room the same. It's just a matter of how fast the transference of heat occurs.
@@stevencash1609 While this is true, there is also a ton of reasons to prevent higher temps - this is exactly what you want: A fast energy transfer. Why anybody would use this cooler is beyond me - there 20-40$ coolers that do a much better job in all aspects...
This is a really good point, it also applies with graphics cards (physics innit) which tends to be a more common decision being made. A card with a 280 watt TDP and a crappy cooler that runs at 90 degrees is still putting out less heat than a card with a 350 watt TDP that has a great cooler and runs at 65 degrees. So if your case is overheating with a graphics card in it that runs 280 watts, fix that first. Swapping in another, more powerful card with a better cooler will not help, it will make it worse. 😂😂
You should have included an exhaust fan in the build, or just taken one from the front. You can get an Arctic P12 for literally $7 (best value case fan by a mile right now), or a P14 for $12, and an exhaust fan will easily improve CPU temps by 5 degrees or more. Also, they come with fluid dynamic bearings now, for $7!
Things like the CPU cover which 9 times out of 10, you will forget where you put it, I find a spot inside the case and tape it in there. That way it is always with the Motherboard.

@@Tomica97Kralj that’s fine and all but having 90 degrees on a cpu on a (NEW) 1k build is not a good look. He could’ve have shaved $5 on a few parts to get at least cheap $20-$30 cpu cooler like Thermalright PA
I built with a 65 watt Ryzen 9 7900 just over a year ago and I used the Stock cooler. When I built the PC it was completely fine but it's starting to get hotter and hotter now. I'm guessing the thermal paste is drying out. So that's the trade off. You can either buy an aftermarket cooler with more metal or repaste every year, every 6 months ideally. I ended up buying a Peerless Assassin that is still sitting on the floor in the box but the fire and forget solution would be to just put more cooler in it. Essentially parroting everything he said with a personal spin.
so could I use a Samsung 990 pro for this build, or is there a better alternative. obviously one that isn't to expensive. So it stays around the 1000- 1200 euro mark.
You forgot the most important tip: don't put the side panels on before the first boot! Bad jojo! Also you can quickly check things but mostly for the bad jojo!
this is NOT the best budget build for 1k. The way to go is max out on the graphic cards and only build a system which doesnt bottleneck it hence youre going 4070 Super/7800 XT along a Ryzen 5600 which is fine on 1440p (not 1080p). Both the 7800 XT and 4070 Super completely annihilate the 7700 XT (not even mentioning DLSS and RT performance).
i have been watching alot of his videos because ive decided to save up and wanna build a pc for the first time. i like this build compared to others ive seen. is there anything you would change with this build, my budget is around $1,000 - $1,500
Personally I would add a case fan in the back and get a better air cooler, for this CPU you don't need to go too crazy when it comes to cooling. Also if you are ready to spend $1500, you could get an even more powerful GPU. For example RX 7800 XT 16GB.

Currently got a 2600x and a 1060, 32gb ram, what would be the better option. Upgrade to a 7800xt the now and upgrade to a 5600x I'm about 4/5 months or upgrade to a 7700xt right now and upgrade the 5600x in a month?
@MrAnimescrazy if I wait to do a cpu upgrade and have to get a new motherboard would I may aswell wait longer and go to am5? Stick with the 2600x until start of 2025
@mcgamer4474 you don't have to get a new motherboard but if your motherboard is on the lower end you can upgrade to a mid tier or higher end board. Maybe also get faster latency ram like cl16 or cl18 and stick with 32 gigs of ddr4. Look at price comparisons of upgrading your motherboard, ram, and cpu for ddr4 vs the same for am5. If you upgrade to am5 I would recommend a b650 motherboard, cl30 amd expo ram, and the 7800x3d cpu. For reference my pc is my profile picture I went all out with my first all white high end build with the gigabyte aero oc 4090/ 7800x3d cpu/ nzxt b650e motherboard/ 64 gigs ddr5 cl30 6,000mhz ram in the white phanteks nv7 case. I also paid monthly on my pc using amazon's affirm so you can also do that for your upgrade unless of course if you want to pay all at once.
Something to do with not having Rear fan.. My friend had a similar build and runs on a stock cooler and it doesn't go above 70'C. Here we have 38'C Temperature.. Even the GPU is Hot..lol That Intel sponsored is fishy to me
For a ryzen 5 pick a 5600x (US$100 on aliexpress). Or if you have more money a 7600x. Use reddit's r/amdhelp for help. I love saying this and hitting nails into the ancient alien space coffin: just avoid the business that pretends to be a business, the evil global non-tax-paying law-exempt corporation, Amazon. How about everyone in the world gives Jeff Bezos all of their money?
I'd just change to a Thermaltake cooler in the $25-35 range, one of the peerless or w.e. they call them these days, can freaking cool anything (except intel furnaces).
You do realise cooler wrong way round ? The AMD Logo should be on left ! Also does not block ram slot 1 if needed in future ! And screw cooler down small turns opposite corners till all locked off, might getting proper temps then mate ! Hope that helps i run a computer shop for last 20 yrs :}

Can you please suggest a cooler? I am considering building this Pc but I don’t know to much about Pc parts and which ones are good. I would appreciate help.
Might be on the same boat
Try the thermalright assasin king, 5 heatpipes.
Thermalright Peerless Assassin is best quality CPU Cooler for the money. And don't forget to add a exhaust fan.
What cpu cooler would you use on this
That star wars outlaw comment aged well
Id rather build a pc with last gen parts for the same price, You can get brand new Ryzen 9 5900x for 180£ or upgrade to a ryzen 7 5700x3d for the gaming performance. Id take a 6800xt rather than a 7700xt
Does swtiching to Arctic Freezer 36 makes huge difference in CPU temp? I see lot of people saying just installing extra Arctic P12 is better.
I set the pieces together in sweden and ended on 1500$ :( . Can you build one that is one third cheaper around 700$?
Love the vid if I went with the exact same build but I want to have a cooler cpu what would you recommend
Wait a couple of weeks for the 7600x3d reviews
Freezer 36!
Assassin II
@@PcCentric thanks
Hi mate, a question - you said not to put RAM sticks next to eachother or it'll halve speed. Does this mean the benefit of having 128gb RAM as 4x 32GB sticks isn't that good over just having 2 32GB for a total of 64gb? or does the extra RAM still add greater performance. thanks
Is this a good pc build?
Intel i9 13900F processor 24 cores and 32 threads
32 GB memory DDR5
2 TB NVMe M.2 SSD hard disc
Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 Ti 12 GB
Z790 motherboard with Wi-Fi 6 en 2,5 Gigabit LAN poort
850 watt power supply
2x 12 cm RGB water cooling
RGB game case
Incl Windows 11 Pro
What performance are possible with this? Could I game in 4K, 120 fps with ray tracing on or not? Is it also a good pc for streaming? Also is it possible to upgrade the graphics card to a RTX 4090 and in the future the 5090? I just want to be future proof too. But this gaming pc is a pre build one that I can buy somewhere. But I want to know if these are good specs for a gaming pc.
@Pc-Centriic so you would recommend this pc? 😊
will this outperform a ps5 pro?
Gpu locked at 87°C, cpu 90°C 💀
😬😨
87 degrees is for hotspot, perfectly normal
@@Tomica97Kralj that’s fine and all but having 90 degrees on a cpu on a (NEW) 1k build is not a good look. He could’ve have shaved $5 on a few parts to get at least cheap $20-$30 cpu cooler like Thermalright PA
@@Tomica97Kralj 24:01 the cpu running at 92°C
I built with a 65 watt Ryzen 9 7900 just over a year ago and I used the Stock cooler. When I built the PC it was completely fine but it's starting to get hotter and hotter now. I'm guessing the thermal paste is drying out. So that's the trade off. You can either buy an aftermarket cooler with more metal or repaste every year, every 6 months ideally. I ended up buying a Peerless Assassin that is still sitting on the floor in the box but the fire and forget solution would be to just put more cooler in it. Essentially parroting everything he said with a personal spin.
What cooler and grafix card would you recommend
15:45 lmao. Nice video!
so could I use a Samsung 990 pro for this build, or is there a better alternative. obviously one that isn't to expensive. So it stays around the 1000- 1200 euro mark.
You forgot the most important tip: don't put the side panels on before the first boot! Bad jojo! Also you can quickly check things but mostly for the bad jojo!
stock cooler on AM5 ? what temps do you get on full load ?
Instead of that graphics card can i get a Nvidia one instead for same price????
Could you swap a 4070 into this build without issue?
Nice PC Marcus!!!!
What program are you using for the fps overlay? Just don’t like the adrenaline overlay
PC Centric, cool content bro
i was almost thinking he would show r5 9600x or something from zen5 bulldozers cpus which are floop in every way
Apparently outlaws is a massive let down from a game play point of view
Which new cooler would you recommend to this built?
Arctic freezer 36!
this is NOT the best budget build for 1k.
What cooling system would you suggest if I upgraded to Ryzen 7?
5800X
Can you start testing the FPS you get on CS2 please? It's a very consuming game and one of the most popular on Steam. Thanks keep up the great work!
great hair style man!
should i go for 1080p monitor or 1440p monitor for such a build ??
note: looking for at least 4-5 years with no upgrades!
I'm saving up for this wich will take me half a year but will it still be good?
do you leave C state on or off ? i have heard mixed things about it and dont wanna mess up my pc..
i have been watching alot of his videos because ive decided to save up and wanna build a pc for the first time. i like this build compared to others ive seen. is there anything you would change with this build, my budget is around $1,000 - $1,500
Personally I would add a case fan in the back and get a better air cooler, for this CPU you don't need to go too crazy when it comes to cooling. Also if you are ready to spend $1500, you could get an even more powerful GPU. For example RX 7800 XT 16GB.
@@MarkoVuckovic32 okay thanks! I was also looking at his $750 build to get my setup sooner but ima stick with the budget of $1500, I’m just lowkey nervous because it’s my first time and there’s so many dif videos on what to build.
Holy shit almost 100c on cpu during cyberpunk👀
I wished he used the PSU cultist tier list at all
Edit: wow he finally used the tier list?? Thi whole year and last year he's never used it. He's been recommending crapoy psus like the evga w1 at tier f. Wow. Good job
Would you build this same rig but with a good cooling system and a rx7900XT?
Are you building a pc?
With that gpu I would maybe try to get a better CPU and definitely a cpu cooler.
@@rodrigobravo5704a ryzen 5 7600 is fine for a 7900xt, i run a ryzen 5 7600x and a rx 7900 xtx and theres really any bottlenecking at 1440p
Currently got a 2600x and a 1060, 32gb ram, what would be the better option. Upgrade to a 7800xt the now and upgrade to a 5600x I'm about 4/5 months or upgrade to a 7700xt right now and upgrade the 5600x in a month?
I would get the 7800xt and upgrade the 5600x later to a 5700x3d or a 5800x3d.
@@MrAnimescrazy so keep it with the 2600x and save for extra time to get an x3d chip?
@mcgamer4474 yes. The 5700x3d or the 5800x3d will be a huge jump in performance also maybe upgrade your motherboard to a higher end model
Can you do a $1500 all white pc build?
A TH-camr named GeekaWhat just did the exact thing 10 minutes ago.
@@TeriyakiOnline Thanks. I'll check it out.
The CPU is a 6-core, 12-thread if i'm not mistaken? Because the picture says 8?
Something to do with not having Rear fan.. My friend had a similar build and runs on a stock cooler and it doesn't go above 70'C. Here we have 38'C Temperature..
Even the GPU is Hot..lol
That Intel sponsored is fishy to me
What do we think would pair well with an NVIDIA 3060 or 3070 preferably a ryzen 5 cpu but im able to go up or down in price?
For a ryzen 5 pick a 5600x (US$100 on aliexpress). Or if you have more money a 7600x.
Use reddit's r/amdhelp for help.
I love saying this and hitting nails into the ancient alien space coffin: just avoid the business that pretends to be a business, the evil global non-tax-paying law-exempt corporation, Amazon. How about everyone in the world gives Jeff Bezos all of their money?
Stopped watching at "Starwars outlaws comes out in a few weeks and its going to be incredible"............................
I have it and I do love it. The story is great and so too is the gameplay.
I'd just change to a Thermaltake cooler in the $25-35 range, one of the peerless or w.e. they call them these days, can freaking cool anything (except intel furnaces).
You do realise cooler wrong way round ? The AMD Logo should be on left ! Also does not block ram slot 1 if needed in future ! And screw cooler down small turns opposite corners till all locked off, might getting proper temps then mate ! Hope that helps i run a computer shop for last 20 yrs :}
