I used to go gym and am following you since 1 months. I really admire your works and I love your tips because your tips have scientific reasons. And I have one question, in my gym there is many guys doing mix workouts. One set arm another set shoulder or leg or chest and mix every time. What is the benefit of doing that? Or they are doing wrong? Am always doing one complete set. Never mixing sets...
