I've been following this ladies posts of her delicious recipes for a few weeks now. This is the first person/vegan who has made me believe that I could possibly become vegan & I wouldn't miss dairy products. I was vegetarian for a few years I couldn't go full vegan cos I love dairy, milk & cheese is my utter addiction & i love eggs. Everything I see her share looks so yum I'm actually gonna buy the ingredients & things needed when I get paid & give it a go.
Awesome. Also check out rainbow plant life, Nard Dog cooks and it doesn't taste like chicken. The last one has a vegan melty cheddar "cheese" sauce that changed my life.
You must eat both meat, eggs and vegetable. Both are essential. Meat ,eat once within 40 days. Chiken about twice aweek. God created cattle animal for human being. Why abandon it. But must eat readonably not over eating or taking artifial food
You are proving to be quite the source of helpful information. As someone who has made my fair share of vegan patties I appreciate this. Also I watched another video of yours where you mentioned the benefits of grinding your chia seeds. That was also helpful. I've even been soaking chia seeds and using the gel to put on my hair. I'm amazed by how much more softer it's gotten.
I made these for lunch on Tuesday this week and they were a hit!! Even my meat lover husband couldn’t imagine that it was Tofu 😅 Tbe gojugang gave it such an umami vibe. We ate it over salads for a low carb meal and our kid ate it as a burger patty. This will be a staple from now on. Thank you so much for coming up with such innovative recipes and sharing with the world 🙏
Looks great. I’m not vegan but this seems like something I could eat on a daily. I also love how it’s not trying to be something that it’s not. It’s just a veggie Pattie that’s seasoned and baked to crispy perfection.
Tf??? Vegan chicken, vegan meat, vegan cheese etc, the things you're talking about are not at all bad??? Why don't ya'll get that most vegans don't hate meat? They might even love it but have conciously given up animal products. These are off them

It’s amazing how most Vegan recipes are Indian. I think Indian cuisine is one of the best way to be vegan as it already has many recipes. This is our traditional masal vadai.
I love it! I love how hearty your recipes are to feel like you one had a seriously satisfying meal while super healthy....I love your recipes...thank you!
Lovely! I do not like to make patties with quinoa because the quinoa rings tend to harden, and when I freeze them and unfreeze, they turn bad very fast. That's why I do not see frozen quinoa products in supermarkets. I'll make this recipe using tofu! The paties look delicious! Thank you for sharing ❤
Wow…Im definitely trying this. Please tell me you’re planning on publishing a cookbook. I don’t like going to a website every time. I would rather have all recipes handy. Thanks.
If you go to the pattie recipe on her website (currently, the pattie recipe is right on the homepage since it's a recent addition), it mentions chipotle sauce and has a link to the sauce recipe.
Different cultures have a different version of this - Koreans have this kind of recipe called doo boo jon! With a little of of twist of adding kale and quinoa, this is packed with good fiber and high protein. Cannot wait to try! ❤

I need to know place where you got that wonderful little oven! All I have is a little toaster oven because I live in a very very small efficiency, and my toaster oven stinks! But your little oven looks like it just might be a ringer!!!
So I've thought about going vegan or vegetarian but could not get behind the frozen and small portio. options full of toxic oils and who knows what else for $6 to $ 13. I'm so ❤ freaking happy to have found a way to make all natural patties. ❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉
I do the same with tofu/veggies such carrots or broccoli or spinach or cilantro/black beans ..it's better than the store bought ones. Will try next with kale, thx for sharing
