VILLAINS DLC Teased?! MALEFICENT & HADES Revealed! | Disney Dreamlight Valley Update

- We’re analysing the mysterious cutscene from the ending of the Rift in Time DLC featuring Maleficent and Hades. Could this hint at a Villains DLC coming soon?! With the announcement of Villains Land for Magic Kingdom at D23... there’s a lot to speculate about! 👀

Same! He's such an iconic villain. My top 3 villains for the game were Maleficent, Hades and Yzma - so it's very exciting ✨
I thing having those two together is a reference to descendants.
That could definitely be a possibility! We haven't seen any characters from the spin-offs just yet as everything we've gotten has been from the 'classic' originals - but it could be coming!
I think it’s like team Aqua and magma where two evils go against each other. Flynn rider of course has to be there
@@christhejedimaster1885 yes! That could be such a fun idea. I’m now also wondering if Maleficent could be base-game and Hades the DLC, especially with the ‘ripped page’ between them. Maleficent may be too big of a character for them to lock behind a paywall!
I had theory that the next big area could actually take place in space and would have 3 biomes:
An autumn forest
A tundra like biome
And a technology based one
My guesses were that dawn bellwether would be the antagonist and the other villagers would be Judy hopps, nick Wilde, Merida, and cruella devil.
While all this is still somewhat on the table as the port of many worlds is seeming to tease a total of 6 extra worlds, for this expansion I think I might not be to far off with the autumn forest guess. And if we take a closer look at the image of maleficent and hades we can see it’s a tapestry cut in half meaning Merida is also likely to make an appearance.
Excellent theories, Evan! I feel like a space-themed map would go down really well with the player base, or even at least a realm or some sort of individual biome.
I'd really love to see Cruella come to the game, I'm just not sure when we might see her. In that case, I reaaally want the dalmations to come with her!
I don't think you're far off with the autumn forest, I've actually just posted another leaks video where we actually got the new DLC name and biomes, with some audio leaks. It seems like the "fairytale" biome will be closest to your theory. Take a look and let me know what you think!
I also feel like a lot of people forget that the port of many worlds still has multiple spokes, so we have many more years of DLCs to come! 💜

Mind if I share my thoughts I'm guessing we're getting a villain vs villain DLC since we've getting a magic kingdom event dreamlight might do that same but what characters we're getting other than Hades and the Mistress of all evil my wish list are this
1 Aladdin and Jasmine
2 baymax
3 since we've getting villains Doc facilier

I would love to have Aurora as she is my favourite could have her trapped in both blue and in pink like the hour glass.
What a great idea! I definitely think we'll be getting all of the princesses at some point. I'd love to be in the dev process and have an idea of how much content they have planned for us! 😆
I think if there is 5 characters. The last 3 I like to see for dlc are Merida, Aladdin and jimmy cricket
The are great choices! I feel like we might see Aladdin come soon, especially now that we have Jafar, but I would be down for some Brave representation too! 🧡

Definitely possible! Although Gameloft seems to be sticking to the animated versions of the franchises, we haven't actually gotten anything live-action yet. But they could be using it as inspiration, for sure!

Hopefully the one after that is 1 with charactera from bad buth loved movies like atlantia or chicken little etc
Those are some great choices! I think getting Oswald opened the door to some of the more 'obscure' characters away from the classic princesses and most popular movies 🥰

Absolutely! 💜 I think that we may get an entire Alice in Wonderland DLC at some point, but we will see 👀

Ralph is in one of the original trailers for the game! I believe he is in the system, we just haven’t gotten him in the valley yet!

Great question! Now I'm wondering if it's a storybook because if it is a villains DLC (possibly!) most of the classic Disney stories have some sort of villain in them. I could see that being the major plot-line and us being the hero!
Can we find that picture or that room yet?
I don't believe that it is accessible in gameplay, it's just a cutscene at the end of A Rift in Time which is why we don't have too much information about it!

@@hayleycrum1491 there are no dumb questions! DLC means ‘downloadable content’ - basically an expansion pack or extra paid content for the game 🥰💜
