Thank you so much! I think I may have the answer for you - this week is an outfit challenge! So the only tags that count towards your numbers are clothing tags, not furniture! I always forget which week we're on, but it alternates each week from decor to outfit 🥰 That'll be why your tags aren't increasing! If you change some of your outfit around then you should notice a difference! 💜

I hear you, Zara! On the flipside, there's a chance that new players may now not see items for longer and longer as we get so many new items. With the mix of Star Path pieces coming back and 15-20 new items each update, I do wonder at some point how they will be able to cycle back through everything! Unless they up the slots available each week. I do feel like drip-feeding the new items between updates and adding them to a full catalogue when the next update drops could be a great compromise, though! 💜

Ahhh, I'm glad that you feel the same, Tannie! I absolutely agree that the more items we get, the less chance we have of them cycling round each update. So they really need to up the slots, offer discounts or (the ultimate 😂) give us a full catalogue! Honestly, I would really find starting the game at this point SO overwhelming, so I think if Gameloft want newer players to keep feeding in, they need to consider making things more accessible for them!

Yesss, that could definitely strike a balance, Jessica! I feel like Gameloft are open to trying new things, we got the slots upped from 4 to 8 and they're recycling Star Path items after they said they wouldn't (even if they are extortionately priced!) They could even continue to drop new items weekly between updates, but when the next update drops, they all get put into the catalogue. I feel like that could be a nice compromise as well! Also, I just wanted to say thank you for the end of your message! I really do appreciate that. I try to create my videos with how I tend to watch / look for information - concise and to the point 😆 I've often wondered whether I should be padding them out a little, but I try to value my viewers' time and it's great to hear that shorter videos are appreciated too! 💜

Yes! I feel like we're on the same page. I've resisted buying things for the past couple of weeks because I'm anticipating the halloween items coming back into rotation. If I had access to the halloween items year-round, then I would've already purchased them and I'd be more open to some of the things that I've passed up in the past couple of weeks. But I hear you, I try not to convert the Moonstone cost to real money as it always shocks me. I will say, though, the fact we can earn Moonstones through a variety of ways does negate those prices a little for me (kind of like inflation, I guess) as it's not all-or-nothing. I'm glad that I haven't had to spend much additional money on the game, but if we didn't have that earning mechanism then I think I'd be calling for a boycott! Ha! Thanks for stopping by! 💜

@@OscarsCosyCorner It is a good thing to give away moonstones with dream snaps. But you never can be sure how much you will get. So having that and a full premium shop would be great. So the people who don't want to or don't have the money can work for the moonstones. Dream snaps would fell less like a "pay to win" thing.

I hear you! It's definitely unlikely, especially as microtransactions I suspect are a huge chunk of revenue for Gameloft. I would be down for the shop size increasing, though! 💜

That is such a great idea, Jenny! Sometimes a week can feel too short, especially if you're on vacation or unavailable. Hi, Alyssa! Are you playing on Apple Arcade? If so, you should already have the expansion pack as it's included with your subscription. When I was playing on Apple Arcade I could access it through the main menu. If you need to go for the first time, I believe you can get there through the Dream Castle on one of the floors just off to the left. I hope that helps!

Oh no! I'm sorry you're having trouble, Ravana. I've not run into too many issues using it so far, though it does just seem to respond to the exact name for me, there's not really any contextual searching going on!

You know, I totally get that! I don't use ToM as much as I should (I've been meaning to play around and try it out!) but it does seem a little difficult. I'm a designer, so I'm used to working with layers and all of that sort of UI, but it seems quite difficult for a total newbie to get the hang of. I did make a jumper a few months ago and I was disappointed with how big the smallest motif options were 😔

That's just it, I'm not even a newbie, been playing since the beginning even if there was a time I wasn't due to loss of a PC. I have been catching up over the past couple of months since getting a Victus to replace the Lenovo that nuked itself. Nevertheless I know what I'm doing for the most part with Touch of Magic. But I'm still frustrated by the lack of variety and limitations that make things difficult or impossible. I even tried making some Sleep Token inspired clothing the other day, only for the motifs to be way too big even on the smallest setting. Just wasn't gonna happen with how big the motifs still are.

YES to the weather options, David! They did a great job with the Frosted Heights and I love that it snows there when it's raining. A little weather toggle would be perfect, I'd love to have autumn up in the Forest of Valor!

I agree, Angela! The clothing pouches aren't that great, since I have all of the clothing in the game. I would love to see some "pouch-exclusive" items though, that you can only get from the pouches! I feel like that would be a great incentive to keep collecting them 💜

@OscarsCosyCorner that's how it used to seem in the beginning. Players couldn't wait to get those pouches but it was HARD to get anything but coins. Then they changed it and said nothing was exclusive anymore making pouches no longer exciting 😒

I personally don’t think it’s that bad. It does take a minute to retrain your hand and brain to use that button, but once you get used to it I find it quite nice. The biggest thing that helped me make the change was using both joysticks to move the camera as I glide now. It makes it SO MUCH easier to see and control where you are going. Sometimes I still find myself holding the new button and the old one 😂 but overall I think it is a good change. (I’m a Switch player if that wasn’t clear)

I would definitely prefer a custom mapping option - although I'm not sure how likely that would be!
