Ingredients:
Rack of Lamb
1/2 tsp all purpose seasoning
1/2 tsp jerk seasoning
1/2 tsp all spice
1 lime -juiced
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp jerk marinade
1 tbsp green seasoning
1/4 cup soy sauce
To make the sauce:
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp lime juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tbsp jerk paste
1/4 cup honey
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp pepper flakes
