Ashen demon was byleth’s nickname as a mercenary before going to the monastery Ashen demon isn’t a reference to distance demon, distance demon is a reference to Ashen demon!
The 'do nothing' strat is actually super legit on a couple reasons. You learn who you're playing against. If they stop attacking because they think your controller disconnected, then they're genuinely good people. But then, you realize that you aren't a good person because you punish them for the their naivety.
To be fair, that's just the way that SSB4 was played. Each character effectively had 7 good inputs that you could spam, and the rest were "mix ups". You only really used those moves if your opponent was unaware of how your character operated. And that was for the good characters. Characters like SSB4 Puff had very little going for them outside of F-air, B-air, Rest, and maybe Up-air or Pound, depending on the patch version. Even then, Rest was more of a gimmick, considering how hard it was to land. And gimmicks were fun to use sometimes, but they didn't win games all that often. That said, in Ultimate Alpha plays Mario quite differently, because the characters hitboxes and framedata have changed, along with the mechanics of the game. Alpharad - as with any gamer - simply uses the tools he has in the best way he knows how.
Here’s my theory on this: Whoever wins the ARMS online tournament will get the fighter they used in Smash. I probably made a mistake writing this, so feel free to correct me!

@@Duckybacca It does help series, but it's all in the hands of Nintendo to give the game a good first impression, since most people will likely be experiencing the character in Smash first. I think Sakurai's good at representing newly added characters, but ones that have been here for a while like Kirby and Ganondorf feel like your playing as a completely different character. It's why I get a little worried when a character I like gets added into Smash.

K ur opinion
The 'do nothing' strat is actually super legit on a couple reasons. You learn who you're playing against. If they stop attacking because they think your controller disconnected, then they're genuinely good people. But then, you realize that you aren't a good person because you punish them for the their naivety.
5:07 this is what happens when you don’t count in binary.
Byleth: Kills a Godess.
Also Byleth: Dies to a portable generator.
Ike is the only godslaying FE character in Smash
Idk but if you consider Anankos a god, Corrin did it too.
@@KnightCaperYT what about The Immaculate One? Just wondering, no hate
And there’s Robin who pulls a martyrdom and kills Grima
Alpharad: "so this is...."
*Pan to KING[1]SVG's metaknight*

Alpharad: _"I play mario, but I do it in a cool way!"_
Also Alpharad: **repeatedly spams upward tilt, smash and aerial inputs in SSB4**
Alpha: I’m not gonna waste your time with a character I already played
Ronald: *+ 100 stealth*
“Im just gonna hold shield because he’s gonna do something stupid like side b”
Where yeet smash at with the callout😂😂
“Man this _______ is pressing buttons!”
Isn’t that....how you play the game,,,,,
Double D Don Wada exactly, i dont really know what hes expecting lol
There's a difference between pressing buttons with a purpose and just pressing buttons.
uhrguhrguhrg Svg was pressing buttons with the intent of winning
@@JoeLikesBlue
You can't flex if you don't win.
Julian Mitchell Seeing both of Svg’s performances leads me to strongly disagree with that statement.
“Yeah that’s enough of cup head”
*Floral fury starts playing*
The vibe-check combo is grab down throw and the f smash with byleth
Here’s my theory on this: Whoever wins the ARMS online tournament will get the fighter they used in Smash. I probably made a mistake writing this, so feel free to correct me!
I like this
Maybe that or whoever won the popularity poll. I think it was either min min or twintelle

As much as I like Monika, I don't want her to have anything to do with the Smash series. They already downplayed Kirby, and I don't want another beloved's reputation to bite the dust so to speak. Oh wait she'd be a DLC fighter never mind it's time to delete some chumps online with best girl.
if anything its the opposite. smash helps series like persona (personally at least), kid icarus and other stuff
I think she'd be a fun assist trophy.
@@Tafah_0 Oh yeah I never thought of that! That would be pretty overpowered, but a great idea nonetheless.
@Keith64 _ Likely, but the maid costume is really similar to Monika's uniform.
She broke more Shields than me breaking my own relationships
that's not a very high bar, considering you'd need to get into a relationship first
Gotta love how he talks shit about his opponent while getting his ass handed to him and thus performing worse and worse and eventually losing
It's entertaining so gj
5:47 My Mario Amibo plays the same way just fireballs and capes
You were probably told this, but Ashen Demon was Byleth's nickname while working as a mercenary. I forget who mentions it but somebody does in a support I think. Something about killing without emotion or something
"He's just spamming fireballs! And it's not even good, it's just annoying!"
Fighting games, boys!
Metaknight fight: man this guy is spamming the same move
Link fight: man this guy is button mashing
