Alcatel Onetouch Pixi 3 stuck on boot fix or Hard Reset

Is your Alcatel Onetouch Pixi 3 tablet or similar device stuck on the boot screen or in a bootloop? Fix this using a Hard reset as shown here. Please Note you will loose all your data from the phone but it should start working again in most cases.

I got the system recovery and the next screen to verify (&I did) bit when I reboot it goes back to the loop. I'll keep at it and thank you because this is the most I have gotten out of this phone in a year

Well, in my case after the recovery mode is selected, the "Alcatel one touch pixi 3 (8)" overlaps and then the other options as shown in the video you made do not appear. I've waited for over an entire day for it to 'load', but it just doesn't. I don't know what to do anymore.

Seems in most simple cases the Operating System on the Tablet gets corrupted i.e becomes unable to boot and only a basic reset as shown here can fix it or a total reinstall or flash of the Android OS on the Tablet as in some other cases where a reset fails.

You may need to Flash or reload the software on the Tablet.

There is a big difference between Flashing and Resetting. If you went into recovery mode by holding the up+Power and some times home button and Wipe data Factory reset that's resetting. Flashing involves downloading your devices exact Firmware or ROM and reloading the Tablets operating System with a tool such as ODIN.
If you actually did flash it you may need a new ROM from a different source. If that still fails might be hardware related issues.
