How to reset an AlCatel UNLOCK & How to hard RESET Alcatel one touch or ideal - Free & Easy

My video shows how to reset an Alcatel one touch or At&t Alcatel Ideal phone. See how to unlock android phone through a Alcatel hard reset. It's easy to reset an Alcatel one touch or a Alcatel ideal, or even a Alcatel one touch fierce 2 when you perform just three steps. Watch my video tutorial and see how to reset the Alcatel by powering it down/off, then Press and Hold both the Power & Volume buttons at the same time. Wait a few seconds, release buttons and you will see the factory reset listed in the factory reset menu.

Holysmoke!! That took me straight to that hard menu at I did what u said. My phone wasn't the same as yours but the same little green robot showed up. Took about 10 mins but took me right to a "welcome menu" yeah i have a Alcatel one touch. Thanks it's been 2 years now my phone is ... well useable again.

I really liked this phone when I was using it so I don't no why or understand why everyone is saying it's a cheap or generic phone for. I mean it might not have all the lil updated features but hell it's better then a few phones I've seen recently that's came out in my opinion.

When I press volume up or down simultaneously with power button, it just turn s phone on. I'm trying to unlock from Vodafone in Australia. Isolated and disabled and my usual mobile has died. You might be pressing the wrongs buttons, pressing them for to long and/or for to short a time or in the wrong order (make sure you are pressing the Up volume button and not the Down volume button). Also you might have a button/s not working at all (broken button) or the phone is just broken and no longer works. Suggest watching my video and trying it again.

I think i found a way to get your reset for Alcatel Dawn with my phone when the android screen comes up you have to repress both power plus volume button again and it does come up. We will see how it works

So I have an Alcatel One Touch and it won't turn on and a few seconds later turns off. I bought a new phone but I really want to save all the pictures from that phone. Hi Nick, seems to work well for people but doesn't seem to work for my one touch 990. Tried power and vol up, power and vol down and power and both volumes. Always returns to the lock screen??

I have a Alcatel Dawn i did what you demoed it shows the android character and no commands but no screen comes up to reprogram the phone so it's kind of useless for me. I went in to developer under settings but it asks for a password i don't have to reset. So i tried 2 ways to reset no go. The phone looks identical to what your showing.

Question 1 - Can you use the phone for photos without unlocking it (only needed for vacation selfies)? Note: I've heard that the phone comes locked but I didn't know if that meant just the phone service or the entire device. Question 2 - Can WIFI be used without unlocking the phone?

First thing. A Hard Reset will not clear or delete a Google account password/passcode login. You need to contact Google directly or previous owner if you don't have the login pass code. Second: You can use the phone for just photos and just with WiFi if you are not connected or hooked up with a cellular service provider after a Hard Reset.

Quick question. I have this phone and purchased in between getting a new one after my Samsung broke because I really needed a phone, I now would like to either return or sell it. I put 30 days of prepaid service on this phone, but only used about 5 days of it. Will the factory reset remove the remaining days of service I paid for or just the data/apps on the phone?

Just the data/apps on the phone. BTW, if you are planning to sell or return the phone make sure to remove your SIM card and microSD card from the phone for security reasons.

Unfortunately, a Google account can not be deleted or erased by hard resetting a phone. Google keeps track of devices through Google user accounts. You need to contact Google or previous phone owner to have Google account reset or deleted.

Unfortunately a hard factory reset will not delete or remove a Google account (old email). For security reasons, you either have to log in using a Google username and password or PIN previously set up on the device by you or previous owner (contact previous owner) or contact Google directly and get the Google account sorted out
