if this doesn’t work for you try this: hold the power button and the volume down button until the screen turns back on, then keep holding the volume down button while letting go of the power button, keep holding for a while fr, then it should say the version name, and where u got it for me "T-moblie" bam to my Home Screen

This just happened to my Joy Tab 2 and it's barely 2 weeks old, last night I went into recovery shut it down and turned it back on normally. But factory reset doesn't fix this if it keeps happening. I think it might be developer option, USB debugging or OEM unlock causing the issue.
Yup just to confirm, it wouldn't boot just now less than 15 minutes ago and I had OEM unlocking ticked on, after I got the system to load and fully boot again I went into Developer Options and turned off OEM unlocking, restarted and it booted up quickly instead of stalling and guess what I didn't have to factory reset and wipe out all my data and info and start from scratch.
I have a similar alcatel smartphone, did what you said to do, and then it is stuck in the boot up menu again (the one with the alcatel logo), and I have waited a whole day already (the phone is plugged in to the charger while I'm doing this)
What if a person holds power button for 5 minutes, and still doesn't/can't see the acatel logo come up on their screen? Which, i have "been doing this" "every other day", for a whole week. Then what? "Must be" the battery.

You dont have to hard factory reset just reboot and it will only take about 3 min keep all your apps

My alcatel onetouch pop C1 does one time a white screen when I try to in recovery but it falls back in the bootloop again

Okay we got the same tablet but mine would jus restart when it's charging but it would jus have the Alcatel Android and it would show the battery dead

I tried holding the power button down with high volume button the logo disappeared but came back again it won't go to the next step.😢

you waited for at least 10 minutes if so get it flash with stock rom

My battery died and then it took me to the android recovery and now it can't turn on help
