Thank you for sharing this information Dr. Liu 😊 I have sensitive skin with rosacea - my skin care is simple using fragrance free cleanser, moisturizer and sunscreen. I use the Neutrogena ultra gentle creamy cleanser, Fragrance free. The moisturizer and sunscreen - are the Vanicream products. My laundry soap is also fragrance free. I use Silk pillowcases that don't irritate or scratch my skin. I exfoliate my skin once a week with a Konjac sponge and sometimes I use the Neutrogena Stubborn Texture fragrance free cleanser, this product has Polyhydroxy Acids ... a very gentle cleanser 😊

Also shout out to the vanicream shaving cream. Only thing I've ever used that didn't make my legs feel like they're burning

A year ago I was still searching for a sunscreen I could wear everyday for my sensitive skin! I found my match, finally!
I hope it can help someone with sensitive skin use sunscreen everyday.
It's the Bellflower Avocado sunscreen (yesstyle) wich has the exact same base as Beauty of Joseon sunscreen, but with less ingredients and with centella as well as avocado.
I use the Avene compact sunscreen on my upper lid and outer corner of my eyes to prevent the chemical sunscreen from running into my eyes.
I use the micellar cleansing oil from Bioderma on my eyes only.
then I can cleanse with a regular water cleanser, reducing the friction or irritation I get from oil cleansing daily, it's great! I use my Benzoyl peroxyde gentle wash afterward. (canadian brand, Benzagel)

Thank you, Dr. Liu. This is very helpful. I'm 67 and don't really have sensitive skin although at my last skin check in December, the dermatologist's PA did say I have rosacea. That was a surprise to me and the first time I've heard that. I certainly don't get inflamed cheeks like the photo in your video but my chin especially has a lot of broken capillaries. Maybe that's why she said it. Anyway, my bigger concern is anti-aging so I'll watch your video on that. I never had a skin routine before but started less than 6 months ago. Now I use a vitamin c serum, cleanser, moisturizer, and retinal from Geek and Gorgeous. They are very affordable and came in around $66. However, I don't feel like I've noticed any changes so I'll explore other options. Thanks again.

My fav makeup remover is the Curel cleansing gel, even better than curel cleansing oil. Great for sensitive skin type and very affordable.

Yay, I love this series! I have all 3 skin concerns that you’ve done so far - aging, acne/oily, sensitive. It’s so annoying to try to balance these 🤦🏼‍♀️
Vanicream, LRP, and Cerave cleansers (typical recommendations) irritate the heck out of my skin and eyes.
In the AM, I just cleanse my face with Skin Smart hypochlorous acid spray, IsnTree green tea toner, THD vitamin C serum, Prosacea gel, and Rosacare green moisturizer. Holy grail face sunscreen is Cotz Flawless, and Vanicream or PanOxyl SPF moisturizer for neck & hands.
PM is Kose oil, Aveeno cleanser, DermaBoost fulvic acid spray, CosRx snail mucin, adapolene, and Gold Bond lotion for face and body. Triple Paste/Sheer Zinc if I need to slug/heal or Cetaphil Eczema Restoraderm Flare-Up Relief Cream.
I can do short contact therapy with SA and BPO as needed, but limiting to several times a week.
Hope this helps someone. It’s taken me many years and too many products to figure this out. We’re all on a healthy skin journey 💕

My skin has always been very sensitive, and I have many allergies. I use the Vanicream C serum with no problems. I got the Cerave to try as soon as I finish the Vanicream. My skin hates American chemical sunscreens, but it’s fine with some of those from Korea. I hadn’t been able to use a chemical exfoliant until I found the PHA toner you mentioned. The elf retinol works well for me if I don’t use it two days in a row. (Honestly, I have to alternate all of my skincare, or my skin gets sensitized.) I use several moisturizers in rotation.

How about doing a video of $300 plus on skincare❓ I have concerns trusting drugstore brands and their formulas.

Have you gotten or will you get the Stylevana Vana Box SPF Defense Set? It has five regular sunscreens, two sticks and one cushion.
