I hope this video was helpful to you in some way. Was there anything in particular that you found useful? Or do you have any advice or thoughts you'd like to share? 🧡Get Involved - Support The Heart Warrior Project🧡 Note that The Heart Warrior Project is run by one guy, which is yes, me (Jellis Vaes). In between work, studies at university, and just life, I try to squeeze in some time almost every day to work on this project. This project takes a lot of work, as I genuinely want to deliver high-quality and helpful content for survivors here. And I do it with a lot of love every day. However, help is always appreciated. If you have found any insights, lessons, or support from this or any other episode, and you’d like to support the project, we have a couple of ways to do so. We offer some awesome-looking merch, such as T-shirts, hoodies, and mugs, with different designs that I personally love wearing/using myself. If you aren’t interested in any merch but still want to support the project, we also accept donations. You can find more information here: heartwarriorproject.com/getinvolved/
I am grateful to have survived sudden cardiac arrest. I was in a coma for about a month. When I woke up my memory was damaged badly. I could not recall who my mother was, nor my children. I am grateful to have come out, i had to relearn how to walk, take speech therapy and each day is a blessing. I have a ICD as well. Keep up the videos I appreciate the info.
@@redmanjones362 Good to read that you are doing better. It can be such as slow journey to becoming better. I appreciate you being here. Always here for a chat.
Jellis, you are an absolute force of nature!💪😃. I look forward to your videos & hearing your words of wisdom. I can really relate to so much of what you talk about here, particularly taking those small steps, exposure therapy & the what-ifs…& of course, learning to be kind to be myself. It all takes a lot of strength & determination, doesn’t it?! Best wishes as always from one heart warrior to another💪 Stay well 😊
