    Your SCR Nox inlet isnt between 200-300 like it says on the paper, does that mean your SCR NOx inlet sensor is bad?

    How did you clear the 3364 faults? I am working on a 2012 DD15 now that is doing the 5 mph drive of shame that only has spn 3364 fmi 0 and spn 3364 fmi 17 faults active. The root cause of the ATD issues was tricking the acm into believing DPF's were replaced when they were plugged by another person a week prior to the truck arriving at my shop. I installed genuine Detroit reman DPF's. I've followed the flow chart to the T for a EPA10 provided by DDDL8 . NOx conversion is 75-98 percent through parked Regen. It's running around 210 ppm inlet and 10 ppm. I'm 10 regens in and faults remain active. A tech at the local freightshaker stealership says I just have to keep doing regens until the faults go inactive. The whole ATD system seems to be functioning like it should so I'm stumped on why the two 3364 faults will not go inactive.

      I feel your pain, I had the same stuff happen to me all the time,
      The suggestions....I have...
      Had replaced both inlet and outlet nox sensors to get the codes to clear, it was like the old ones were squed and not reading correctly, but showed good readings on the computer.
      The DEF injector in the scr box being clogged up.
      Make sure there is no Exhaust leaks.
      Differential pressure tubes inlet and outlet clogged up with soot.
      Last but only the least did or have you unplugged the DEF dosing valve during a re-gen? That will also trip the system and clear out codes.

      The more re-gens that you preform, will only deplete or weaken the dpf filter media, it is not good for the filters to do multiple re-gens you are decreasing the life of it, especially if they are new or reman cause there is no soot in the media, just media, and I have had ones were some tech has ran over 20 re-gens and unable to get the codes to clear and the truck handed to me an I have to replace the filters again due to them being burnt up.
      Hope some of this information is useful this is what I can think of to help you in this situation.

      I did a Regen with the DEF doser unplugged. NOx sensors we're within 6-8 ppm apart. There are no exhaust leaks found.

      Take a look at this video. It's the first Regen after reconnecting the DEF doser. I am 12 regens on new DPF's and am worried about damaging them since I'm seeing DOC pressures climbing. I've never had an issue of getting these faults to go inactive and clear until this truck.

    My truck frieghtliner 2019 fault code 521049 fmi 31. We doing SCR test but temperature not claiming up it went till 999 and get down after while. Any advice or suggestions

      Its DDDL and the price is about $800 for the standard program .

      On the Detroit aftertreatment system there is a separate module called an A.C.M aftertreatment control module, Cummins engine ecm controls everything on their system

      I also thought so we have a truck that we replace its engine with other engine and on ddl it read two separate vin# so I am trying to do nox efficiency test it won't response. Is it due to a.c.m does not belong to ECM

      Yes, that is correct, the acm is vin specific, needs to be programmed to that ecm, or use the ecm that was on the other engine.

      Adam Mendoza I have these values in another video to help, called, DD15 re gen normal values, I have went to Detroit training , they gave the information out there, along with classes I taken.

    hay buddy almost month i have problem with my VANHOOL bus DD13 code#3364-17/3364-1 and cant move bus more then 5 mile per hour i changed ,DEF pump,metring unit,cleaned DEF tank and problem is same even guy disconnect outré NOx censor,please advise me
