Nice to have a brick and mortar garage!...and then too have a lift....me in my empire of dirt I have had to be a little more creative to get my cars done I work out of a 22x40 portable garage and use 12x20 ones for storage...use plywood for a floor...this avoids pay property taxes on the pop ups... I installed a maxx jaxx two post mid rise lift by pouring a 8in thick monolithic pour which has two 2x2 6ft deep pillars that key into the ground....and it's been tested here in NJ we had an earthquake and I had my 77 Cordoba on the lift at max height and it didn't move an inch.😂😂😂....on to the two post vs 4 post access is king on the two post for sure but a car can get squrillee on a two post and fall off you must be aware of the center of gravity at all times...the four post has the stability advantage plus I can do a full wheel alignment on the four post this is why I will build a low lift four post just for doing wheel alignments and it will sit out side in the sunshine 😂.... What there is a will and a welder there's a way 👍

@blakesmusclecar yep, if I'm gonna keep doing this, which I sure am, I gotta change a few things around. There was a time when bench pressing transmissions into place was an option, but that ship has sailed. Time to make things a bit easier on myself.
