hey Sondre, I m 46 and I'm writing from Italy. Into movement since 2020. In this 4 years I ve gone from Hatha Yoga, to vinyasa, to contact improvisation, mobility training, improving my swimming and other stuff. I've also gone from moving once a week to 4-5 times a week. Tonight just managed to get my first front rolling on the bed thanks to your tutorial. Can't decide whether is more of an humbling or empowering experience! 😁🤙🏾🤸🏽
That’s so awesome 😊 I love that you are dedicated to improving yourself and I am sure you must feel amazing gaining all these new feats 😁 Humbling and empowering doesn’t need to be one or the other 😊 I’d say that the feeling of empowerment is best served with a teaspoon of humbleness 😁 Keep it up, I’m rooting for you ❤️
I am 45 years old and have been active my entire life doing martial arts and sports, etc. I taught myself flips and gymnastics and Parkour before it was called Parkour when I was 15 years old about 30 years ago. Then I discovered formal Parkour classes in Boston and Art du Deplacement. This is all when I was single. Now I have been married for six years and I have three kids and work a full-time job with two side jobs one as a Parkour instructor and another as a DJ and I am the chemistry supervisor in a laboratory full-time. I find it so difficult now to be able to exercise every day! When I try to do anything like push-ups or stretching, my kids jump on me it is a constant battle and struggle. I am also on the lookout for tutorials and learning new tricks but I really struggled with time management working 12 hour days and 50 hours a week and having random off days during the week.
This is completely what I needed now. It is so hard to step out of the comfort zone and now it feels possible. Please more of this kind of videos, thank you Sondre ❤
Thank you for posting this video. I had purchased a mat to do some rolling months ago. Well today I finally did some rolls and i am starting to remember how to do this. It was so much fun. Thanks from an over 50 yrs mom!!
Sondre “Wrist oF Steel || Training with& avoiding wrist injuries || Handstand and calisthenics” Everyone hould Check it out this is my FAVORITE VIDEO OF Sondre 😂 I know it’s just about wrist but your life will be changed forever 😮😅
I was so excited about sharing you with my grandsons, but I can't do it with the language! Your skills are top level, I just wish they were for a rated G audience. I certainly don't want to come around the corner to hear my grandson saying "cool as..........."😢
Hey man, thanks for showing the very beginner stuff, and for having such a good attitude. Watching you videos is the first time I've ever actually been motivated to go move around.
Your acrobatic skills are AMAZING... !!!! Thank you bro.. for this video. It will surely help us during any accidentally falls...eg. slips sue to a banana peel on side of roads and erc.etc. I will starts my PRACTICE ... Whenever i get chance to visit a OPENED GRASSY PARK, FIELDS etc.
Verdomd nice video bro, so if I may; about the (sitting) backroll, tuck/ throw your knee towards your oposit shoulder instead of straight behind, as you role backwards you turn ur face along with the knee, looking behind you, you should be able to role without the burden of rolling over your own head. And, if you practice, you'd still go straight backwards. Now you have your ninja roll:) Same goes for the forward roll, it's the same movement. Hope this can help:)
Yoo Sondre, your explanations and regressions are amazing! I've always wanted to do a nice and controlled handstand but couldn't find the regressions or space to consistently practice. Via Magnus' channel, I found your handstand push-up tutorial and it only took me 5 min before I subscribed. Since then I had 3 weeks of fun progressing through the different levels and you've got me really stoked with this new guide!
I really loved the way he precisely explained it in an honest detailed way and movement 💝.I am really going to perform this kind of moves, someday because of him, and his cool videos.Thank You Very Very Much🤗
Hi sondre, can you pls make a video on how to bail from the 1 arm handstand safely? I can do it with the normal one but need some help with the 1 armed one
I smiled when he says the word, “boday, “ in that very Norwegian pronunciation. I wish I knew how to fall more safely. I suppose that’s a stunt man’s skill.
Hey man I'm 60 and I love the way you so I don't know what the highest person but anyway what I'm trying to say is what type of food you eat cuz what all that energy man how you can you can I get the energy but I'm 60 years old
Is it possible also for a past in time and right now too very agile person but with several posture problems like scoliosis and some dislivel into hips to do this? I used play karate for almost 15 years very opened legs very flexible but when it comes on balance everything acrobatic I risk some bad force discharge that will end in something not so funny. So if I do very gradually can I succeed me too? Or it needs a perfect alignment of the back to be possible to do? Thanks 🙏🏼 Great video 👍🏼
@@ToBMaNTH316th thank you so much!!!!! Greetings from Mexico! 😃🌅 You know, today I just randomly started stretching my feet and hands because I felt like I needed it 😃🌅 that counts! It felt really great!!! Thank you 🙏
I'm 43 and not untrained (though no acrobat or pro athlete). I do HEMA swordsfighting and ask myself if I could learn roll-getup over hands, kip up and an evasive kick spin like the b twist for some choreography with your program. Just like David over at the "Sellsword Arts" channel. Which would be the right program to choose?

Nice to watch, but for whom is the tutorial, All who watch this, you need to undrestand, that to get use to these movements, you need to spend years, and for what, for making back flip ? 2nd thing, than you need to train with expert, not alone. Sondre trains with coach 100%. Training alone you will most probably get injury. This sport is caled tricking, it's very difficult and dangerous to do it by yourself.

You have trained your body and mind incredibly. The things you do look almost humanly impossible!

Good no worries you! Good luck on your goals!
I used a lot of these drills in Capoeira and they worked a treat thank you for sharing Sondre
I just learned how to do a cartwheel so I am excited to learn more skills!
Every time when i see someone who talks about capoeira i get a big Smiley because here in austria dont know about my sport!
Quem ven la?
Honestly Capoeira just puts a big smile on my face. Many sports and movements have cool aspects... But we garner the power of music 😎
Not really..it just became lil bit out. Some years ago you could see literally everyone in the vienna parks doing it
A friendly disclaimer: You can do an acrobatics from a scratch as an adult. All what you need is a body physique as a mf terminator ;)
Can you make a video on how to build strong and powerful wrists
He already has
Seriously bro. Kus my wrist almost cuts off each time I put my body weight to it
Look up Dr Yaads wrist video

Hi Sondre. Do you have a certain age in mind when you talk about adults? Thanks
18
I learned the shoulder roll as a kid in judo, and it's always felt easiest to me.
Pleasse more of bezinning acrobatics, its almost inpossible to find that for adults
