Hey buddy my brother lives in Florida to debary FL. I love the jaguars like your brother has. I need to come down there and find me a jaguar vanden plas because they don't rust underneath like they do here. I have a 99 jaguar vanden plas and it's rusted out underneath the front frame rails barely holding I'm going to keep it for parts
Take a look in South Florida. Lots of one owner cream puffs down there for a fair price and rust free :)

I have a slight dent under the license plate, about 4 inches length, along the bottom left of the trunk. It must have backed into something, so I'm looking to get that straighten out one day. Along with dings on both sides of the doors
A PDR person is your best bet! They works some serious magic and do not damage the paint
Hello again, Just replaced my idle control valve on our 1996 xjs with new. First time i installed it actually idled faster. The new valve came with just an o ring. The old had a gasket , so i removed and installed both the o ring ans gasket... solved the high idle. Thought you would like to know. Paul

We have significantly improved it. The main problem was the old thermostat had failed open. This was causing the car to stay on choke circuit.
Replacing with OEM correct temp (do not do a cooler temp) thermostat got our idle to come down about 200rpm.
We are still fiddling with a few last items to make the car perfect. We think there may be a minor vac leak as our AC doors sometimes get stuck.

Broo I need your help. I am trying to fund the fuel pump assembly for my 1994 xjs 4.0 convertible but can’t find it anywhere
I am unsure if you are unable to locate it in the car, or unable to find a replacement. The fuel pump is in the tank. Here is a link to where you can source a new pump. You will have to take the assembly apart and install the new pump.
