I got this for Christmas. Took me a couple of days to build, but it was great to see it all come together. I decided not to use the rust stickers, since I thought it'd look better if it were nice and clean, and it sure does! Both my parents loved how it looked and how big it turned out to be. My Dad especially loved the detailed engine under the bonnet.
It's quickly become the coolest looking thing in my collection.

I love that they made the rust an optional detail by using stickers, a lot of parts on the Creator Mustang were printed
I was thinking the same think I think I’m going to leave them out when I build mine don’t like them
Yeah, I never bothered putting them on, they don't look good
It seems that most of us are doing it that way because those decals just don't look right. I know that this is supposed to be the Ghostbusters Afterlife version, but it just looks better without the rust decals. The gunner seat though, that I would definitely add in somehow if it weren't already in there. It's the coolest Ecto-1 feature ever.

The dirt/mud kinda takes away the beauty of this amazing car
Well they are optional but the dirt is suppose to show the car from the new Ghostbusters Afterlife where Ecto-1 has been stored in an old barn so it´s become dirty and rusty but one can just leave the stickers off.
Now we need the delorean from back to the future

Just purchased this off Amazon, along with the lighting kit, so really looking forward to doing this one! Only just got into this stuff and it`s really relaxing to do, so far i`ve done the Dodge Charger and the new Mars Rover.
I just got into as well and just completed the Back To The Future car set. It was awesome and look forward to trying this one.
@@joeyh9116 It`s a great car to build, you`ll enjoy it. i do recommend, if you buy the light kit, fitting it as you build, it`s alot easier and easier to hide the wiring :)

You missed out showing one important feature at the end... The trap door that releases the RTV!
I turned mine into the first ecto 1 bye switching the gunner seat door around and putting the ladder on the Correct side instead of the afterlife version
now they just need to make the firebird from Smokey and the bandit

I’m well on the way through the build and want too install the light kit next too. Having a bit of trouble putting the roof on at the moment so stopped for the day . Gonna have a go later . As I’m putting the roof on it keeps knocking the rear curved window so having too take it slowly .

Man I love Lego but this Lego set up the arse biscuit because it took 12 hours to build. It was fun to build but the most stressful part was the gunner seat. I’ve haven’t built Lego in 10 years and just to go straight onto this after 10 years BRUH. ALSO AMAZING DETAIL INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF IT
