I have been to Keokuk for geodes but never got any that big. Most of the stuff we got were more like softball size and smaller. We went to Jacob's. Glad to see he is still open. We were there back in 2008.

Geodes are super cool, I have one I've never opened. I bought it, so I'm sure there's nothing to crow about it in it. I hope everything is ok w/you both and the dogs. Only saw the one dog (Nala, if I recall), during a video or two back. I'm a vet tech, so I tend to notice the critters more than the people LOL.
I like to ware socks on a sandy Beach cuz it really leaves ur feet smooth after wards but I really don't think the socks will stop sharp objects crazy nut 😜 lol looks like a really good time, happy hunting God Bless u and urs!

I know you are living a travel, camping lifestyle. I muss the "young, good looking man" who was husband to this bubbly young wife. Please consider stopping at a barbershop once in a while to remove that beard. It would give us back to newly wed type couple that began this endless rockhounding journey. We love you both.

Maybe he likes, maybe she likes it. It's none of your business. I've got nothing but mad respect for these two. I wish I'd done things I wanted to do when I was their age.
