Just some random history about the Amethyst. Greeks wore amethyst rings while drinking alcoholic beverages to ward off intoxication and drank from the purple quartz. Amethyst stones were carved into goblets by the Greeks who believed they would not become intoxicated if they drank wine from amethyst cups. Love the great find!

I have a piece I was gifted that's roughly 86Kg or 190 Lb that I'm looking to clean up and likely sell, or sell raw for someone to take care of. Who can help with that sort of thing? What did you guys in this video do with the huge ones you found? Thank You!

When I first got into crystals in 2012 in I had found one at school with my brother and we ended up digging it out.
It was a very pretty quartz crystal, but the area we went up to washed away from flooding the week after, so we were lucky to get it out on the day we did.
Best of luck in the future, you never know what you’re going to find next.
Would be awesome to have an update on this find, I really wanna see it all cleaned up. Did you end up selling it? And if so how did you do it/how much did you get for it?

This somehow reminds me when my great grandpa found a big crystal of some kind in a construction site he worked at but someone stole it, and sold it to the museum, it could’ve made him rich, but at least everyone in the town knew he was the one who found it. That was some place in Mexico
