Most likely not, as i race in VR. Watched tour video, for myself does not look real from the cockpit. Wish GT7 had a no ghosting race, sort of like call of duty has hardcore where friendly fire is not allowed. Not all races just one. Do like the spotter info. Cross play is good and GT7 could do it if they didn’t allow PS4, only PS5. Jmo😊

God i wish this had PSVR2 support. It's so good in GT7 that my rig isn't even infront of a screen anymore.
Dunno why it isn’t. It is a massive resource hog on pc, maybe that’s why. I don’t know about you, but since VR racing was a thing I could do, I’ve had little interest in flat screen racing.
PS5 with Gran Turismo is just so next level, folks who haven't experienced have no idea what they're missing. And no wasting hours and hours tinkering and mucking about PC nonsense, just nirvana. Especially Fanatec DD+ GT extreme fidelity and responsiveness is unrivaled. One benefit of closed eco system when proper passion for optimization occurs like from Polyphony Digital
Best thing that could happen to ACC. And honestly , the guys at Simgrid go in every live stream done on simgrid, either it is rory or smaller one like Just Boris or Gopher. They ask for feedback and they listen to the players.

Your SR DR equivalent is attributed in those amounts top right of your screen SA is your safety rating attribute for clean fast close racing, Simgrid themselves don't give a safety rating, they just host the races.
I was watching Rory and he did Simgrid on ACC and it is awesome. Simgrid is doing ACC justice with These races. Quick races are free and if you wanna do championships u do have to get a grid pass but it’s only $7 /month which gives you access to all races. So far most of the races I’ve been racers keep it clean unless it’s been my mess up lol
@@ericrodriguez1013927 yes I saw Roy doing the Sim grid today and is making it more appealing to me even though I only raise VR in GT seven, hey I started out in flat screen so why not give it a go if the races are cleaner. My only hope is I’m not the one causing the accidents because I’m so used to ghosting ha ha ha.
Setup's are a bad think in racing games, there either bugged or very time consuming for every car and every track. Without them you won't be competitive, pickup and play or sim cade will always be better for consoles because the majority haven't got the time to put in. But these daily s are definitely the way to go. Gt should have already done this.
It should be fixed car set ups, it really needs to happen as it would make for better racing overall. The only people who defend this in ACC are the people who pay like 170us a year to have pro ones made for them. It's a fun game and i do enjoy it but i don't take it serious as i know I will always be around 1 to 2 secs off the alien players.
Just found out as well it's not free to play 🤬 £5 a month + psn + buying the game, and believe you need dlc for some cars as well. I won't touch this or any other games like it. It's as bad as micro transactions pay to win games.
ACC is already the best sim on console hands down. This made it that much better.

You want tyres in ACC to be around 26.7 to 27.2
With the mustang you need to run TC1 at 2 and TC2 at 10. Also the setup make a huge difference with handling, which is what i hate about the game as free set ups only get you so far. Best time on Spa for my self is a 2.17.8.
Cross play needs to be for all platforms, i wouldn't mind racing against console players as a PC Aussie player.

Actually bought this on PC yesterday, super cheap on Steam right now so people should get it. WRC was also cheap, been scooping it all up.. Haven't tried either one yet. I only play VR and I feel really spoiled on the PC with Live For Speed, AC, Dirt Rally 2, iRacing and all sorts of great sims. The PSVR 2 needs to get way more racing games and sims. GT7 on the PSVR2 is still by far my preferred way to play VR racing, but the PSVR2 just doesn't have much else.. It's just GT7 and a mario kart style game..
Good vid mate but won't be taking it up. Set ups and signing into races not for me at the moment but I'll be keeping an eye on this. Gt7 with evin one package suits me at the moment.

Nice one mate. I've been doing these races for the last 2 weeks but for us Aussies, the ping makes it hard for close racing with the servers based in Europe. But still, it's the best thing on offer so I'll take anything.
P. S. Looks like you are getting a lot of force feedback clipping (red line in bottom right of your HUD) so you may want to adjust that to get better feeling through the wheel.

It's unbelievable, gt7 hasn't been loaded up in 2 weeks. Hopefully they get thousands paying for the full package
ACC is currently on sale on the PS5 store and once I get the money to buy it, I definitely plan on getting it. A console racing game with proper endurance gt racing. My only hope now is that Le Mans Ultimate makes its way to console so we can race the Hypercars.

I love the sound and physics of the game. But it's just not so user-friendly I find.
To be fast you need a good (custom) setup. And I don't like and understand😉 setups.
And I'm not going to pay for setups that may or may not suits my driving style...
Just starting out on Acc, going to take a while to learn. Looks promising though.
Why not Cross play with PC? As a PC ACC player, it would be a blast!
Console security against cheating is so important and cross play guarantees PC hacks and cheats undermine it every time.
After watching this I’ve downloaded ACC and wanna get stuck in to what looks like an awesome game! Reckon the ping is gonna be fine or will it be a problem for us Aussies??

I tried giving it a go but every time i enetered a race and put the code in ACC it would tell me the server is full
What ffb settings are you using for Fanatec ? My Fanatec feels way off with ACC compared to GT7, not sure how to set it up
My settings are the same I use for gt, in the description. But I was told I’m getting clipping so not sure what I need to do to fix that yet.
The problem is I still havent find any good setting that allow me to handle the car with my G29...:(
I think your comments about a modern race car are valid to a gt player. We have all been flogging these old horses since sport. But looking again at the time line we can see that, most likely the licensing was done in the lead up to sport. And allowed for a second game to use the existing licensed cars. Gt8 or sport II, will likely have a whole new roster of cars freshly licensed and good for 2 games. I personally would love to see sport II come out in a year or so, for ps5 pro, followed by gt 8 two years later on ps6. If that time line is attainable, then they may get sport III out at the tail end of ps6 and use the same licensed cars for all three. However polyphony always disappoints us somehow.

Nah man, if you had waited for the red Ferrari, your race would be over. If you get stuck in that mindset you’re not racing anymore. You were following, and, at the point where he should have accelerated he appears to coast, you didn’t want to hit him, you didn’t benefit from hitting him, your inputs didn’t cause you to hit him. …. I’mfucinoveritmate! If you were following too close(which snowflakes will tell you you were) then the alternative was following more distantly, and again choosing to follow distantly is not racing.
Personally I think Rory is too wet to take him seriously. Reminds me of the school councillor (mr Mackey I think) in Southpark…..
