Okay so as a personal trainer i am honestly so impressed by how well you amde decisions, you went about the exercise and eating is exactly what you need to do as a beginner HOWEVER on day six you said you missed a meal because you had wine the night before ->> if you cheat ok your diet its okay, don’t compensate the next day or kill yourself in the gym, if you do that your setting yourself further back, best thing to do is move on ❤️

Girl this is motivating to get back bein healthy. From October 2021- March 2022 I lost 20 kilos but I put it all back on because I almost died from getting covid, pneumonia bacterial & get asthma back which I haven’t had since being a kid. I’m so determined so thank you 🙏 😊❤

I dont know how you freaking do it. BUT like EVERY TIME lol. When you do these challenges you look AMAZING ! like right away not little changes big ass changes like your body transforms. Very few people get those kind of results. Its insane. The weight just drops off of you when you do these plans its like so amazing.
