This was great. The bagger races are so much fun to watch, just cause they're bikes that have no business on a track. And yet, its just wildly entertaining to watch a 600+ lb bike getting backed into corners. Great stuff!
King of the baggers are basically moto gp bikes with ptoduction frames the amount of money and r&d in them. Nothing like a production bike. Only 2 to 3 seconds off super sport class and that much faster than the hooligan class. The lesser classes are more realistic of what sone coin and track time could net you.
What’s even scarier is cruiser tires are starting to outperform the cruisers they are being put on. My tires on my cruiser look and feel like sport bike tires. I would know cause I had a sport bike before.
That was great fun to watch. I met you at the H.D. event in Wilcox AZ. The best part of that event was being coached by you at the track segment. It should have been the entire day though. I hope to see you at the Champ school in Homestead Fl. in November. I highly recommend the on line ChampU video to all my students. Keep these video's coming! How bout a showroom stock H.D. vs Showroom stock Indian bagger on the track?
This is extremely awesome and congratulations on the win the other day. I’m hard core Harley and it’s awesome to see the motor company doing things like this. Kyle as far as videos go this was awesome I’d like to see some on how you ride and run the corners
I don’t have a crate motor on my new road glide and there’s no track nearby. But I do know that it is fantastic with just the stage 2 and for a non professional racer it will very easily go way faster than I would be safe doing without a track available. What a fun video, and I am a big fan Kyle. Keep ripping man, and keep on winning!
Made me realise just how much higher the race bike is, the standard bike looked so low. The race bagger is a mad bike, ridden by very talented but mad riders !!
Good day. I ride my BMW gs 1200 to work and home. It’s a blast. Watching a HD baggers race is way cool 😎. Few weeks ago went down to San Diego for a group ride. Before leaving the house I removed the top box and rode over 300 miles. Bagger style. Badass. Thanks again
That was really fun to watch. Thanks for doing that! I've got VIP tickets for Millville, NJ in September and if the weather is kind, I'll be riding my 2016 RGS there. Good luck!
As a European, this looks a lot of fun. Your line, braking and acceleration are very nice. I could not have imagined you could go so fast in a Harley like this.
Awesome!!! I got to be on grid with you in the ZARS Shootout this past Monday! It was awesome to see you at that level! Good Luck this Weekend at BIR!!
Pretty sick, Kyle. A little faster than I thought it would be. A lot of riders who’ve never ridden an H-D Touring model have no clue how much fun these things are if you dial ‘em up a little. The King of the Baggers series has seriously changed some attitudes. Lots of positive comments at a few of the “multi brand” Bike Nights” I’ve attended recently. Keep it up, Dude… and GO GET THAT CHAMPIONSHIP!
Met you in Las Vegas at Red Rock Harley. Can’t wait to get my 2020 Road Glide CVO on the track!! Great riding!!!! Love watching the Bagger races it’s great to see what a stock bike can do!! Great video love to see more stock bike videos and videos on the techniques you use when riding.
Bro! Very cool! Seeing you in the first KoB race got me on track & on a sport bike for the first time 5 years ago… This weekend I’m taking my 2024 RG CVO ST to Barber for a track day! So excited!!!! Thank you for the inspiration!
I was kind of amazed how stable it seemed even at max lean. And yeah, the scraping of hard parts really is the limiting factor when aggressive cornering on one of these HD baggers. There is a fine line between just scraping floorboards, kick stand, maybe muffler tip and bottoming out on the mufflers or bags and levering the rear off and low siding. Great video. Thanks.
Yes. I was expecting to see the bike wallow and lurch on the fast bends, but it was surprisingly smooth. I'm guessing the after market shocks make a lot of difference.
It is awesome that you did this got to chat with you at laguna seca track walk and could have picked your brain forever I want to race one day if I can ever get the opportunity keep up the content glad this is a thing now it was a awesome experience
I really enjoyed your series with KWR Ducati in the MotoAmerica races. Through those videos, I learned of KOTB. These races are so entertaining, after all, racing is racing. The speeds are relative. I'm blown away by the performance the manufacturers have rung out of these bikes and the lap times and great racing the riders have provided with their incredible skills. Motorcycle racing has always eclipsed auto racing for me, and KOTB is just a whole different level of crazy! BTW, H-D couldn't ask for better representatives than you and Travis. Best of luck.
I ride an Indian Challenger but it's definitely cool of you to show us how a stock bike compares to your track beast. I appreciate the content. Good luck next weekend.
Kyle! That was sweet! I have a mostly-stock 2017 Road Glide Special so I was riding along with you. Okay, I was way behind... apparently I'm not quite as agile as you on the seat going into the turns. Seriously, that was great fun. Love to see more of you doing regular street riding, and of course staying completely legal like the rest of us. 🙂
Dope ass video. Keep doing vids exactly like this, quick hitters. But maybe add an extended version of turn by turn instruction or something. But this is great
Spent all 3 days at that event. Was able to take my '23 Road Glide on the track as well.....I only got up to 100 on the straight. great weekend, We'll definitely be back next year. Congrats on the W!!
Wow, that was a whole lotta fun to watch! Fantastic video Kyle, you're fabulous and an inspiring champion! Keep it up! Cheers from a follower/subscriber/fan from France 👍🙂🇫🇷 PS : I saw you on the Pan Am and just couldn't believe it!
Great Video! Wonderful to see a “Stock” street legal bagger ridden to its full potential! HD should put the 131 in the next line of CVO Touring Bikes! After seeing this - Sign Me Up!
Great Video! Last year we purchased the fan lap and it so much fun taking my CVO RG on the track we had to do it again this year. Can’t wait for next year. 2023 💯😎
Please do more I would love to see the Harley and Cruiser Community come down to trackdays...BIKELIFE IS FAMILY ....And the track makes you a better and safer rider 100%
Awesome job on race days! We loved watching you. Also had a blast on the track. I was doing 120 ish on the parade lap too! On my low rider St! I love racing man!
So much fun to watch!!! Congratulations on your #1 status and wishes for continued domination in the series. More videos on riding regularly available bikes to their limits would be extraordinarily educational. Learning to ride the bikes we can buy, using refined skills, is what riders really want. It's how you use it ....
This has real potential. Riding your personal bike at each track would be quite epic. It's groundbreaking, no one has done it. Camera angles depicting your body position around every curve would be helpful. Thank you the video.
Thanks for this. Definitely put things in perspective for many of us. That screaming eagle roadglide is no joke. Lean angle, brakes, 190hp, much more fun on the track for sure. Im impressed with the improvements. Enjoy and Ride free brother. 🤘🏽🤘🏽🤘🏽😎
SUPERCOOL thank you for the most excellent video and thank you for putting baggers back on the consumer map. I have a 2022 Road Glide special with 122 kit on it and Legends remote res rear shocks. This bike is hands down the most fun and beautiful machine I've ever had the privilege to swing a leg over. It does it all and does it all very well. It's enough to turn me into a brand loyalist. I've been riding for almost 50 years and have had several H-D over the years and they only get better.
That's awesome. I had a blast just doing the parade laps and watching you guys race. Would love to take my bike on a track sometime. Good luck with rest of the season.
Kyle, that was great video & I did run my Road Glide on Laguna Seca during the parade lap that week, but really didn’t get to push it because of no passing. You can make as many of these type of TH-cams as you want, I will watch and learn. Thanks Kyle
That looks like so much fun! A few years ago a buddy and I were road tripping and we had a pretty empty u-haul. The track was closed but we were able to go to the gift shop. Inside I mentioned I wanted to take a lap and he laughed. So on our way out we did. It felt like we were going to roll on the corkscrew but I kept the pedal down and kept it straight. That was a rush.lol. Of course there were a couple of guys when we were coming out of the last straight. After talking we got a couple of stickers. One of the best days of my life. Up there with my first wave and that milf when I was 20.
This was an outstanding video. Thanks for sharing your time, personal motorcycle, and showing all of us just how great the motorcycles for the street are from Harley Davidson. I really like these, how to, upgrade, or ways to improve our skills on 2 wheels. Whether those be wrenching or riding or gear videos. Good luck in the KOTB!!!
That was awesome to see man....keep the content coming, I feel honored being subscribed to a champions channel...I eat sleep and breath Harleys so I absolutely can't wait to see what you do in the future man....
I'm not a harley guy... never owned one but well done harley basically stock 131 and only off by 30 seconds. Not bad. Seeing stuff like this is definitely tempting me to hit up the harley dealership
This was so dope ! Goes to show the development that goes into this. Content would just be you riding and seeing how you day is when you out riding and competing that’s always super cool !
Like to see King of the Baggers tone down the unobtainium mods or split to a SuperBagg/StockBag Excited about the development but seeing a stacked house of what you just videoed with more riders on equal bikes would be more entertaining to me than five guys running away on factory efforts. Nice video! Super fun to watch.
Thanks so much Kyle. This was so informative to me. I am signed up for the Champ Street class in Pittsburgh August 15th and am very eager to learn from you all on how to be a better rider!
Wow what a great video !!! So cool ! I’ll be at Millville Nj just to watch you and your brother race . Bought my first road glide this year ! Thanks for sharing this and good luck in the series 👍🏻🏁🏁
Awesome! Great example of how a HD touring bike is supposed to be ridden. Notice the lower body setup prior to the turn and remaining in position until after the turn. Also notice the use of positive upper body position to limit lean angle, and holding that position until the straight direction is fully achieved, again increasing traction. There needs to be a bagger specific training course, both online and at track, and get the message across to stop sitting in the middle, or even counter balancing these bikes. Nice video! Thank you!!!!
wow! I didn't even know this was a thing! great vid, definitely cool seeing the bags dragging. Now put it up against the supersports. I'd love to see the comparison since they run similar times.
That was Cool! I hustle my Street Glide through the canyons of Colorado, riders on sportier bikes are often surprised how well a big bike can maneuver, and it's pure pleasure.
Was it faster or slower with your bag lid open? haha Did you scrape the TOP of your bags?? You're the Man Kyle, Keep up the great work, I love to watch you race!!
Baggers are awesome comfortable and oh they can move!!! I shocked a BMW rider who passed me, then had the pleasure of seeing three lights behind him for 50 miles through a rolling desert canyon. We were moving!!! Undisclosed Location
Wow, Kyle, wish I had half the riding talent you have, you'll eventually need to order some new footboard pans from Harvs. I just traded a 21 Road Glide for a 22 Street Glide Special and yes, at your moms dealership. Harvs Harley and ALL that work there are the best!!! Maybe someday when you're home, you can give some tips on riding like a pro! Every time I'm at Harvs, Sean tries to hand me a broom. Good luck with the rest of the bagger series as Im routing for you and your brother!
Loved the video bro ,your glide is a cool looking bike m8 ,love the bagger series,I think it’s just going to get bigger and bigger as the popularity rises ,if you like motorcycle racing then the bagger series is a welcome addition to some great motorcycle racing already loved by millions, when ppl see it for the first time, they have to be impressed ,because it’s absolutely impressive watching them big bikes get sideways, some fantastic racing 😎
For an (old) ex rider this is the coolest thing I never knew a street Harley could even get that fast.... far cry from the 80's when I knew some of those mc guys
Awesome video Kyle , congrats on the win. Maybe it would be awesome if you can show how or what else you would do to your stock bike to get more performance out of it. Other than the 131 and the ohlins suspension. It would be real awesome if Harley would let you trick your bike out and show what can really be achieved with your stock bike and still be street legal .. Thanks
I think it depends what your goals are, and how you define performance. If I was chasing lap times, the first thing I would do is raise the bike up more so I can get more lean angle. There are big chunks of time in the handling before I would ever touch the engine again
I’ve been watching the baggers and hooligans in Moto America for while now. It’s been a hoot watching both classes hustle the bikes. I’m actual impressed with the lap times, I thought it would be more like a 1:40’s. Not a fan of Harleys or Indian, but it’s still fun to watch.
That was fun to watch! I like what you had to say at the end too. A track day on whatever you ride is the safest thing you can do on your bike and Champ School FTW! I take what I learned there to every bike I ride. I am safer, faster, and having more fun. WORTH. EVERY. PENNY.
Ahhhhhhhhhh SO JEALOUS!!!! I would die to do a track day on my street glide!! Super impressive time for a streetable Harley that you can buy off a showroom!! You should do a video like this at each king of the baggers track!!
Hey Kyle, it's good to see I'm your fan from the Philippines I love watching this video 😍 That's all I can say Hope you noticed my comment God Bless 🙏🙏 🙏
Nice video, it is good to see the difference. I wonder if a stock Road Glide with the 107 would take another 30 seconds. I'd like to see what you could do with metric bagged bikes. See if a Gold wing takes a minute longer and see what a Yamaha does 😃 I wish this series had all bagger bikes in it.
Gold Wing might beat it, more cornering clearance, and comparable power (131 kit is 121hp out of the box, Gold wing is about 120hp stock). Any sport tourer would smoke it with a comparable rider (our hypothetical would likely assume Wyman riding all the bikes). It really shows you how fast even a non-sport bike can really go. Guys holding up twisty road traffic on their baggers is a riding skill thing, the bike can definitely go faster than would be considered safe even on a sportbike.
@@mrvwbug4423 you bring up great points. How cool would it be to see a stock class that includes any bike that comes with some sort of "bags" factory? They could allow different tires but I'd like to see it mostly stock.
Took my Road Glide Special to the Palmer racetrack MA. during non sport day and had a great time. Great track and it was fun but definitely it had more lean angle at some of the turns on that track.
Hi Kyle , Brett here from (Down Under AU) Awesome as Always YOu Are Bro , Great seeing you on the Streetie going scrubbing an bit of the pimples noff of the new Tyres and footboard brackets , Love ya Braah (Bro) , Did you see Kevin Alsop has a New Twin Valve Adjustable Rebound and Compression External Resoivoirs for the Touring Bikes just Released Today . Put em.on the 33 Braah ....!!!
This was great. The bagger races are so much fun to watch, just cause they're bikes that have no business on a track. And yet, its just wildly entertaining to watch a 600+ lb bike getting backed into corners. Great stuff!

800 lbs.

I hate watching the bagger racers Because it makes me really want a bagger lmao
@@Skilful_basics8 And they are way too stiff to my liking

That would be really interesting.
All it has is; A champion pro rider and high-end shocks that handle great on the track. Kyle - you're awesome!
Dude that was a first for me watching a stocker go through the corkscrew, bravo
This is extremely awesome and congratulations on the win the other day. I’m hard core Harley and it’s awesome to see the motor company doing things like this. Kyle as far as videos go this was awesome I’d like to see some on how you ride and run the corners
Check out ChampU in the meantime, $49 online course that I organized and shot with our fellow coaches!

Just getting my first bagger after years of street bikes , this was great and I enjoyed the demo of how you can kick ass

I'd love to see in depth riding tips. Like corner breaking etc. Love what you do on a bagger mate. Much love from Australia
Awesome man!!! Love the Glides!!! Great video sir!! Can't wait for the new season to start!!
Haha this was awesome. I saw the title and immediately thought, What does the sound of pegs scraping sound like at Laguna Seca. Well done
Thank you for this video. At first I was skeptical about bagger racing but now I’m hooked .
That was really fun to watch. Thanks for doing that! I've got VIP tickets for Millville, NJ in September and if the weather is kind, I'll be riding my 2016 RGS there. Good luck!
See you there!
As a European, this looks a lot of fun. Your line, braking and acceleration are very nice. I could not have imagined you could go so fast in a Harley like this.
Maybe because IMHO Kyle Wyman is one of the best riders in the world.
Awesome!!! I got to be on grid with you in the ZARS Shootout this past Monday! It was awesome to see you at that level! Good Luck this Weekend at BIR!!
Kyle,, Way to represent bro!!!! Love how positive you always are. would love to ride the track on my 02 roadking classic
I love watching Kyle scream around the Laguna on his Harley! I've ridden my Harley there and had way more fun than I thought I would.

Nice Kyle, so glad to be part of the Harv’s HD family. Great win, bring it home!
Holy shit champ this was ridiculous I’m shocked I have a 2021 road glide special and you have made things real interesting now .

Definitely like to see more bagger racing stuff. Race footage(if possible), behind the scenes, anything really. Thanks for the video!
When I worked for Daytona H-D in 2013 one of the service techs used to take his Street Glide to track days.
I’ve been watching the baggers and hooligans in Moto America for while now. It’s been a hoot watching both classes hustle the bikes. I’m actual impressed with the lap times, I thought it would be more like a 1:40’s. Not a fan of Harleys or Indian, but it’s still fun to watch.
really good comparison thanks, for making time to share!
This was a super clever idea for a video & fun to watch.
6:07. Don't you mean ton of fun? Looks like it was a blast. Thanks for the share.
Good Stuff KW,,,Nice to see you guys slinging those 500-600 lbs bikes around and Having fun at it,,,
827 lbs…
@@guins99 Trask Performance is 200 hp, 652-pound Road Glide
Awesome stuff. Please keep posting good interesting content, it goes along way.
Good day Amealio 💓 I think the floorboard scraping would freak me out to the max.
😊 I can't wait
That was fun to watch! I like what you had to say at the end too. A track day on whatever you ride is the safest thing you can do on your bike and Champ School FTW! I take what I learned there to every bike I ride. I am safer, faster, and having more fun. WORTH. EVERY. PENNY.
Ahhhhhhhhhh SO JEALOUS!!!! I would die to do a track day on my street glide!! Super impressive time for a streetable Harley that you can buy off a showroom!! You should do a video like this at each king of the baggers track!!
Perhaps I've got one coming from Brainerd and will be shooting one at NJMP :)
@@KyleWyman33 I’ll definitely watch both of them if you do.
@@KyleWyman33Where’s the other videos at bruhh??😂 Pleasure meeting you at Daytona this year too man. I’ll see you at Road Atlanta🤘🏼
Super fun, Kyle! Keep up the great work!
great video , crazy ride Kyle !!! TOP
Once again, Nick snickered at me at YCRS Inde when I said one of my bikes is an Electraglide. Im gonna take it to NCM this weekend for my B bike!
nice watching that boat float in the corners
I would love to see a side by side comparison video of your race bike and your regular road glide. Congratulations on the win!!
That was impressive! I own an 07 SG and a 20 RGS. In the past I had a 13 RGC. Thanks for video. 👍👍🇺🇸🏁
That's how I felt (in my mind) when they let us take a lap. Fun stuff!
Looks like the upgraded suspension helps alot, my '20 Street Glide Special in high speed turns likes to get speed wobbles.
Hey Kyle, it's good to see
I'm your fan from the Philippines
I love watching this video 😍
That's all I can say
Hope you noticed my comment
God Bless 🙏🙏 🙏
Very kewl! Thanks much, Champ! More content RE: your personal bikes would be much appreciated!
Nice video, it is good to see the difference. I wonder if a stock Road Glide with the 107 would take another 30 seconds.
I'd like to see what you could do with metric bagged bikes. See if a Gold wing takes a minute longer and see what a Yamaha does 😃
I wish this series had all bagger bikes in it.
They could allow different tires but I'd like to see it mostly stock.
all honda has to do, build a bagger for competition and find out. but they haven't
