There's a lot of haters in the comments but I found this info very good I'm installing some rails for my in-laws in the next few days and this video has helped
You can take painters, tape and hold the cover out of the way while you’re working. Also, why don’t we blow off all of the dust and everything and clean it up before we start hammering in the studs. You failed to mention how deep you need to drill. You can put a piece of tape on the drill to keep you from going too far, and making the drill holes consistent

@@Caashman1 can't please everyone
Thanks for the explanation on the bolts and anchors. I had no clue!

At least you don’t litter! Thank you!
Dude
The anchors get attached to the concrete by tightening the bolt. Then back out the bolt and attach the handrail.
Why would you need to back out the bolt? Not too sure what you're trying to say. I'm literally installing one of these things tomorrow.
Thank you so much!
what was the size of the masonry bit you used?
I believe they were 3/8 and 1/4
What a mess you made of that presumably not used anchor bolts before, hold the cover plate up by tying I bit of rope around the leg to hold it.
Thanks for the feedback
Wobbly? I would not be able to charge a customer for such a bad product....looks like a piece of junk.
