    I love Monkfish! I use to buy it all the time. I live at n Southern California and can’t find it in the markets and I have lots of markets here. Can’t wait to fine it again.

    Looks fantastic! If we can't find monkfish, is there another fish that would work well? Swordfish or other hearty fish? Thanks!

      Hey Chris, thanks! Yes, I would probably suggest halibut first, then maybe swordfish. I'd reduce the oven time a bit depending on the thickness, as they would probably be filets, and not bone-in (although you can probably find swordfish "steaks". Thanks for watching!

    Nice recipe. My guess is that your videos could be improved by eliminating the words "we," "our" and "my".
