“I love when a plate looks beautiful; however, I feel like a dish should be tasty AND satisfying on its own, and not dependent on several other courses to make you satisfied."

2 Cans (28 oz/800g) Whole peeled tomatoes, or Fresh Tomatoes, or mixture
Water (one tomato tin worth)
Small tin tomato paste (or 4 TBS CONCENTRATE)

Thanks for asking! I’m sorry to say I haven’t made any new ones for the past 1.5 years, due to our crazy travel schedule; however, my goal is to re-start in the next couple of months, as our travel season has just wrapped up! Thank you again!
Thank you very much
You are so welcome! Thank you for watching!
Gorgeous!
Thank you so much, and thanks for watching!
Does anyone know if i can use a dutch oven iron skillet to make this recipe? Thanks
Thanks :)
Hi I just wanted to take a second and thank you so much for the recipe I made it tonight for dinner and it turned out excellent Thank you again
Great video ! 👍
@@francisco4194 thank you so much, and thank you for watching!

Hello, Chef Walter, I was looking for a creamy cauliflower recipe and found yours! I made it today and it is absolutely delicious! I subscribed and will share your channel. You deserve more subscribers.
Will try
Very good recipe and the smoked paprika was an excellent suggestion.
Thank you so much, and thanks for watching!
I was wondering if you can use almond milk instead of the cream?
Please show me of your great recipes for my favorite dinner of all Steak 🥩 Diane! I’m sure your audience would love that recipe
What a great suggestion! Thanks for the idea, and thank you for watching!
👍👍👍👍👍
Hello. I was just checking in. I hope you both are well.
looking forward see your recipes
Whenever I try a new dish, I watch six to eight YT videos to find the best recipe for that dish. I used this one as the basis for cooking short ribs for the first time. Winner!! They were absolutely fantastic! I think the only ingredient I left out was the tomatoes. Used beef stock. Immersion blender is a nice touch if you have one of those. Makes a smooth, velvety finish to the sauce.
I’m definitely making this! Thanks, Chef!!
It looks delicious 😋 I am going to try it all except the hot peppers because of Acid Reflux Also where can I find that cheese 🧀 🤔 And the Steamer ? 👍 Thank you 😊
You are wonderful to watch. You explain it all so well. Can’t wait to cook this tonight for dinner. Thank you and YUMMMM. 😊
I've never prepared pan seared chicken before today. This was the only video I watched, and it came out perfect. You explained the process so well that there was no need for me to watch any other video. Came out fully cooked and juicy, I think basting was the key. Great video!! 👍🏾
That is so awesome to hear, thank you so much for your feedback, and thanks again for watching!
I’ll be making this as a part of my meal preparation this week! Thank you!
Thank YOU so much for watching! I hope yours turns out perfectly!
👍
Thank you for watching!
You can also use gelatin to thicken it. Then it won't break down like corn starch.
I've always wondered how it would come out if you just stuck the meat in a pot of plain water.
I've always wondered how it would come out if you just stuck the meat in a pot of plain water.
I boil cauli, drain, put 2 T butter in pot, add gated garlic & cook a min with pot tilted so garlic cooks in butter, add parm in green shaker add 2 T yogart or sour cream and beat with electric mixer, it whips up and delish
Sounds great!
@@HomecookingWithChefWalter sounds like a lot easier
What happened to the peppers..?
The peppers are there to add just a touch of spice; they get absorbed into the mix when you blend everything. Of course, you could always add more if you prefer. Thanks so much for watching!
I tried this before. Instead of water, I boiled the cauliflower in low sodium vegetable stock. As fate would have it, I tripped over something and the cauliflower was all over the floor. It never even made it to the food processor. This looks way better than what I was trying to do.
Oh man, what a freak accident! Love your attitude though; I hope you try it again with my recipe, and let me know how it goes! Thanks so much for watching!
👍 thank you!
Thank YOU for watching!
Thanks for sharing; I'm looking for vegetable puree options for royales.
Thanks so much for watching!
I have made this dish several times- delish! Thank you Chef Walter!
You are so welcome! Thanks for watching, and for letting me know how much you enjoy it!
Correction: it's not the root of a celery plant! Though it's related to celery, it is grown ONLY for the root.
Thank you for making that distinction, and thanks for watching!
Thanks chef.
Thank YOU for watching!
Amazing tutorial and great personality. Keep up the good work chef!
Thank you so much for your kind comments, and thank you for watching!
Thank you. This was informative.
Thank YOU for watching!
I didn’t put it in food processor. No I did it by hand because I just loved your recipe so much it was done with my grandma’s love by my side old school.
Thank you so much for watching, Elizabeth, and thank you for your kind comments! I truly hope you enjoy the recipe and make it your own!
I'm making this tonight along with a pork roast. Since I don't have a food processor, I too will be "mashing" by hand. Cannot wait to try , looks amazing!
P.S. my kitty's name is Walter too 💙
Just like mash potatoes cauliflower can be bland with a bad recipe to some but with mash potatoes I feel like I’m eating insulation for the walls of my house. Your recipe sounds good but is absolutely fantastic and I 🙏😊 love it
Thanks so much for watching!
Great tips in this blog. Thanks for sharing
Thanks!
Great job Chef! Everyone can't make good braised short ribs, but yours look superb. Can't wait to make some for my Mom. 🎉
Thank you so much, I hope you love them! And thanks for watching!
It is amazing how much cauliflower comes from 1 head..but yet it makes very little mash..for 3 of us ..I need at least 2 large or 3 medium size heads
That looks so good and creamy. I just wanted to add some butter.
Haha,, thanks so very much! And a little butter couldn’t hurt a thing!! Thank you for watching!
I’ve always seen the gremolata traditionally with lemon zest. I’ve made it with orange zest and it was pretty dope. Try it sometime
Excellent! I’ll def give it a go. Thanks for watching!
Thank you for such a great video class. Your thorough explanations and tips are much appreciated!
