Hope you guys enjoyed the video from this HARD OFF, which was stacked with awesome stuff! And for the people who missed last weekend's "Game Hunting Video"... You can watch it here: th-cam.com/video/SxwIGBqIzUo/w-d-xo.html
This one looks really nice to visit Adam. Thank you for sharing all your traveling expierences with us, and this Hard Off really stands out. Has everything that a gamer would be interested in bro. Great place and great upload bro. 8^) Anthony..
Yea, I had a lot of fun here. Thanks, Anthony! Selection was top notch here! Also, I have to tell you that there will be a new NEO GEO Hunt 2024 coming soon! Stay tuned! 😃
Super Metroid was my favorite pickup that you got in this video. I remember playing this back in the day and totally been blown away. It was one of my favorite video game experiences and I need play it again as an adult. This game was just an example of the magic that the SNES had. As always great video and keep up the good work my friend.
Awesome! I can imagine that if you played it back in the day. The cinematic feel and sound effects are so cool for being a SNES game. I have the Super Metroid complete PAL version, but I also wanted the Japanese one. Especially at that price :D Also, the Japanese one has full English in it. Thanks, man! Always appreciate you jumping in here with comments on my videos!
Haha riiiight, man! Always nice to hear that since they take a lot of time to edit in the videos! Thanks for telling me that! And yes, I have considered making other types of videos. Its just that everyone is always yelling for more Game Hunting haha! But Id like to make collection videos and play some games on stream eventually.
Oh wow! That's great to know Adam. I'm really looking forward to seeing it from you bro. Thank you for the heads up and I can't wait to see it. 8^) Anthony..
21:27 flying hero if you see a cheap one grab it for me Adam 😊 super bonk is cute great price and cheap controller. Oh sweet I WANTed mr mosquitos such great deal 😊 initial d is a must pick up in Japan. Garden hero’s looks cool 😮😊
It was best price Ive seen this year :D It really got up, but sure! Bonk is awesome! All those games. Perfect platformers. You would love it. Mr Mosquito is cool :D Also a super deal! Inital D is always nice! Ive never played Guardian Heroes actually, but a few friends told me its a "must play" on the Saturn! :D
That’s one well stocked Hard Off you got to explore! Pretty good prices to my eye. That third Ranma fighter is pretty good indeed, slow like original SFII but the graphics are top notch! Good to see Flying Hero is affordable, that’s one I’d like to track down one day. And I notice Tetris Battle Gaiden in the junk! It’s worth the hype 😁
Oh yea! It was quite easy to spend 2 hours in there. Time flew by way too fast :D Nice! I might eventually get it myself then. I love to find these obscure fighting games. Yeah, it's a great shooter! I was actually playing it yesterday and was pleasantly surprised by its quality. Yeah, I hear people talking about that one all the time. I should look into it further.
9:08 that moving box game looks like fun and live a live I just got that on the switch 😊 it’s best on the switch cuz u can play it in bed 😊😂 if I go to Japan someday there won’t be many famicom sfc since there less and less each year lol
It iiiiis fun! It gets an "Adam Approved!" :D I wanna play Live A Live someday. Yea you need to hurry getting to Japan lol Too many collectors coming here nowadays.
Oh really!? Cool! Its a must have game imo. English voices in it as well. And its still cheap, so hurry to get it :D Mr Mosquito 1 is still cheap in Japan as well. So thats one of my next targets.
Thank you Mr Fazares! Always happy to hear that you enjoyed the tour! And yea, I totally confused the names haha! Thanks for correction! Awesome game btw! First time playing it!
3:22 that’s a good price combo GameCube and gba player I think but that’s usd not cad lol also the vitas looked like good prices but they were usd so I guess works out to similar to ebay prices.. best deals I think would be games in japan and of course some systems if there cheaper then ebay I think lol I never been there lol
3:22 I was actually thinking the exact same thing when I was there. Not a bad price at all :D I mean, you can always convert USD to CAD and see. But yea, hard to find cheap Vitas nowadays. Yea, I would say most of the consoles and games are still cheaper in Japan for sure.
Wow! There are lots of video games in this country!! But that store doesn’t have Nintendo Puzzle Collection, which has Dr. Mario 64, Yoshi’s Cookie and Panel de Pon
Oh yea! Some places like Akihabara have dried out a bit, but thats because its the nr 1 tourist area. Lots of places outside Tokyo will have walls of games. Interesting game you mentioned. I’ll keep an eye out for it.
Yea, man! I mixed the names up. A few years ago, I used to have Super Bonk for the SNES, which was my first experience with the Bonk games. So, I'm still thinking of "Super Bonk" as the original name, haha! Thanks for the correction! And I agree, its an awesome platformer!
Thanks man! Just life to be honest. So no time to make videos for a few months. This is not my job… yet! ;) But now I’m back with full force! One new video every weekend! :D

With ps5 pro not even coming with a disc player it makes me wonder- is the ps5 the last physical media console? If so, I would assume retro gaming stores is gonna get tons of ps4 and ps5 games and collectors in the future. This is it. The last generation - beside Nintendo which im sure is gonna keep cartridges for switch 2 - perfect for christmas as holiday gifts etc. I just cant see moms not having an option to not buy christmas gifts in stores, and pre paid cards isnt gonna cut it under the christmas tree, but could be Nintendos last generation of physical media as well with the switch 2.
Interesting topic for sure, my friend. I read an article that the PS5 disc drive killed the digital PS5 consoles in sales. The people certainly want physical media. And Sony clearly wants to move towards fully digital because it gives them more power and ownership. Let’s see what the future has in store for us. Will Sony listen to its fans? As for Nintendo, Switch 2 will have a cartridge a lot and have backwards compatibility. I don’t think Nintendo will leave physical media for a long time.
Tja! Oj! Det är utspritt lite överallt! Men alltid vettigt att åka till mindre städer och kolla Hard Off butiker där. Tokyo har blivit för turistit på senaste tiden!
