I have IBS and what helps the most with bloating are probiotics and fermeted foods (kefir, komucha, sauerkraut, etc.) Also tryto eat at similiar times everyday, herbal teas and take walks after big meals. If you bloating continues maybe you could be teasted for food alergies or consult a specialist
I also find fermented foods help! I take probiotics once a day too. I have IBS as well. A fibre supplement is super important for me. Psyllium husk fibre is what I use. The supplement made the bloating worse for a week, and then improved it hugely after that
I have gastro problems and follow the FODMAP diet to reduce bloating.... I've found my triggers are wheat, onions and garlic, green vegetables 😬 Onion and garlic are huge bloating triggers
what my mum always uses for dal or other curries where you use legumes (chickpeas, beans, lentils, etc.) is a little bit of asafoetida powder :) it also helps with bloating
6:13 Omg Taz!! You absolutely look so stunning in the dark red lips! Your lips are beautiful and dark bold lipsticks enhance them a lot. I got inspired from you to wear dark lipsticks after watching your vlogs 3-4 years ago(NYC vlog, free foods in London, returned pallet video) where you had the glasses and your bold lip colors!
Peppermint doesn't specifically help with bloating. It's the same as all other teas, it's just hot so it helps to dissipate any gas. Drinking hot water does the same
Bloating tip: Cabbage, cauliflower and garlic make you bloated. Beans canned or if you cook them, if they're not soaked before make you heavily bloated. To relieve your bloating, have some some cummin and take it with water. Also eat foods like soup to make you to bathroom. If you empty it the bloating goes away ❤
sorry to hear about the bloating! it really is so uncomfortable. i suffered with it for years after i would eat, but i stopped eating meat and dairy and also started eating more fermented foods like kimchi and sauerkraut, and it's completely gone now. i hope this helps
Thats super interesting!!! I had to stop eating salad and most veg and fruit and almost go completely carnivore to fix mine! The bloat was almost excruciating. 😢 now i just eat a whole as possible. Less ingredients as possible. And its helped too!
FYI: if you are nearing your 30s, your gut health is impacted massively by the female hormonal cycle. Unfortunately, medical science equates female health to (only) reproductive health, hence not much research had been done, atleast till the 90s, to find the impact of the 28-day hormonal cycle of females (biologically) on other organs of the body, apart from the uterus. It is slowly evolving as more and more women are talking about health issues more openly. Had been through these changes without any knowledge or medical care in my early 30s. So, trying to help you all make sense. Hope this helps!
What helps for me (but i don't have an extreme bloat) is going for a walk after my meals. I feel like it starts my digestion. Also sometimes bloating can be linked to stress, and being outside especially in nature can also really help reduce your stress levels. I do realize it can be hard to find the time to go into nature after dinner (because girl, i can't) but maybe even a walk around the street would help!!
I would say check with your doctor as you may have an issue that needs attention, or it may be a food sensitivity/intolerance. If it is a matter of improving gut health, I find that taking Florajen Digestion probiotic daily really helps!
Cut down on spice, as that causes acid reflux, and try and eat yoghurt regularly, as well as try and chew your food properly. It is also very important to eat early in the evening. This allows the food to digest, and green tea or mint tea settles your gut. All this advice is tried and tested as I've had the same issues for years, and when i made lifestyle changes, it made a huge difference. Ps, you can cook dahl without fennel seeds. Also, mustard seeds are great, too!😊
I have followed the same things as you have mentioned and i totally agree yogurt mainly anything probiotic rich and fermented and chewing did definitely help me lot too so i agree with you
This is the best approach. I have Celiacs and something called galactosemia. I had to track everything to figure it out. After years of distress - I am off gluten, anything with lactose or galactose and the only time I have an issue is when I make a mistake. But it was the food diary that truly helped. Good idea.
Taz!! Im an extreme bloater. I got powdered greens when i started my weight lifting journey and it CHANGED EVERYTHING. I personally am using the Alani Super Greens. Their powdered and they go in my water bottle. They taste the best to me. And easy to drink! I take it in the morning. So worth it
Start keeping a food journal, IBD issues are so individual. My son has Ulcerative Colitis and doing the journal really helped to figure out what foods bothered him vs what worked for him. Take Good Care 🥂
Could be yeast in bready stuff. Sometimes they put a lot of yeast in bread dough to make it rise faster instead of letting it rise slowly, and the yeast continues to release gas in your belly. Wheat intolerance can also cause skin problems. You could try cutting out wheat and see if it has any effect on your body.
Yeast in bread dies when it's baked in the oven and once it dies, it can't produce more gas, so no the problem is not yeast. if she doesn't have a gluten intolerance, she can continue to eat bread normally
When I was experiencing the same issue with bloating and discomfort my doc recommended making sure to eat at the same times every day consistently. Hope it helps.
Exactly the same, I removed all bread from my intake along with as many dairy products as I could, and no potatoe, chips etc, even if cooked n an air fryer, and now only ever have unsweetewned Oat milk, but, I do still eat eggs, they don't seem to affect me and feeling like I'm about to pop.
1 word - Symprove. Changed my life. IBS and SIBO were a nightmare for me. I was also very lactose intolerant. That's all gone. Been on it a year now and it's worth it!
Hey Taz! The pin 📍 in your belly I fully relate to! I personally find that my digestion is effected by stress a lot…. So my suggestion is find some stress relief before and after you eat…. I have a super gentle “yoga for bloating and gas” video which is more about deep breathing and gentle stretches, rather than trying really hard to twist it out and squash your belly. Hope it helps 🥰 Going to watch the rest of your vlog now xxx
I just went to hospital for a gut health issue and I spoke about my bloating to my doctor his suggestions were that you need more probiotic in your food so he asked me to take more curd or buttermilk on a daily basis , and I have started drinking kombucha too so these 2 have been a game changer for me and I also take fermented food consistently in form of dosas and idlis which are south indian dishes made with fermented rice batter also it's pretty easy to make and meal prep so do check that out also I have heard kimchi is so good for your gut too so if it's easily available for you just go for it . Also add turmeric to the ginger lemon infused water and drink it first thing in the morning cause that's good for gut and skin too. Also about lentil bloating is a very real thing and to avoid it my mom adds greens or veggies in the lentil or makes sure i have them at least along with my dal in a sabji form to reduce the bloating and increased nutritional value so go for it too. Also try avoiding processed food and refined sugar try to go for more of jaggery and honey for your sweeteners instead of white sugar too.
I have IBS & Coeliac Disease so one tip I would recommend is if you find certain foods like Gluten or Dairy give you more bloating/gastro symptoms, try cutting them completely out for a few days and see how you feel! Also stress & anxiety are huge factors in gut health too 💛
Try fennel and cumin seed tea in the morning. Just boil water with some fennel and cumin seeds and sip on it first thing in morning, helps with bloating and improves digestion
I get bloated quite abit 😅, carbs are like my worst enemy 😂, but what I do is drink green juice (apples, spinach, ginger, honestly whatever green juice i can find) honey, lemon paprika water with ice works well (the ice as it makes more refreshing lol), and also I find a hot shower helps as well. 😊
From someone with Chron's disease you have to try stuff out. Noone is the same so there is a lot of trys and errors but eventually you will figure out what suits you and your gut best. Something to note is also that the majority (at least for me) of the foods that are great for the gut just taste terrible BUT i promise you get used to it with time. What really helps me out is cabbage juice (tastes absolutely foul but does wonders). Maybe give the natural organic Kefir one more go as the flavoured ones usually contain lots of sugar and additives or try mixing berries or fruit you like with it in a blender. Foeniculum tea with Manuka honey is also one of my faves. Hope this helps xoxo
Taz! You are looking amazing 🤩 whether you’re in light or dark colours, i think you are thriving! Taking daily probiotics really helped me heal my gut. Keep making positive changes and you will see results! 🥰
I went through the exact same thing you described with bloating a few years ago when i was going through a rough time in my life. After every single meal I would get super bloated, like sometimes I looked pregnant, even if all i ate was plain chicken or toast, and then it turned into stomach sickness after meals. So i researched and I found out it was IBS. What i did at first was follow a low-fodmap diet suuuuper strictly until i could eat a meal and feel fine. I alto took some gel supplements with peppermint oil in them every morning and before meals and drank hot water with ACV, lemon and ginger in the mornings. After my stomach calmed down a bit i slowly started reintroducing things to find out what worked and what didnt. Now i only have to avoid gluten and dairy and can only eat nuts and garlic in small amounts. My main tip is be patient with your body. Usually IBS is connected to your mental health so the best thing you can do is take it easy and give your body time. It has taken three years for me to get to this point, but i know for some people it only took one year or even a couple of months. Everyone's body is different and what works for me might not work for you. Just be kind to yourself and your body. I know it can be frustrating and even scary to eat sometimes knowing it could go badly, but once you find what works it will be so much better.
You should also try Kombucha! I bloat very easily and drinking kombucha first thing in the morning helps with my digestion and reduces a lot of my bloating. Hope you’re feeling better ❤
Hey Taz! It's so great you're working on your gut health! I found that Yakult didn't help (personally) due to its higher refined sugar content so I ended up with the plain (green) kefir drink. I also found that if I ate my dinner at least 2-3 hours before I went to sleep, that helped my food digest overnight. I'm a performer, however, in my current job it's more acting/singing based so I try and do yoga/pilates to help the body move to keep digestion going. Good luck on your journey, I know you'll find your exact flow when the time comes! hugs, Jasmine x
organic vinegar with mother a little bit into a big glass of water and drink first thing in the morning, natural/greek yogurts, loads of veggies/fruit, sourdough bread, wholegrain pasta, .... make sure you get a movement in as well. What helped the most is cutting out ultra processed food and minimising sugar/sweetneers
I struggled with bloating SO MUCH in the exact way you described. Like so much pain that I couldn’t sit down. I went to the gastroenterologist and they just labeled me with IBS, which doesn’t actually tell you what is wrong or provide many ways to help. The gastroenterologist suggested low FODMAP foods which may be worth a try. For me, after much trial and error, I have found what works about 95% of the time! I eat yogurt every day (the kind with artificial sweetener because sugar gives me headaches and I can’t stand sour yogurt), and I eat more whole foods. Don’t get me wrong, I still eat processed food, but I stick to processed carbs because it’s easier to digest. It takes a while for your gut to get used to the level of fermentation required to digest vegetables, beans, and other high fiber foods, so you may get a belly ache and bloating if you suddenly increase intake. This should fade in a few days. I also avoid fast food like the plague. I still eat it, but I am smart about when I eat it and know what I’m getting myself into. Specifically french fries, fried foods, and pizza make me blow up like a balloon. Hopefully this helps! ❤
i deal w a lot of gut issues, the brain and the gut are very linked so you're doing good by acknowledging not to stress over it. there are youtube yoga/stretching videos for gas relief which are good for bloating. a probiotic pill every morning helps in general with my gut issues but everyones gut is different, so whatever is helping you continue with it and whatever makes it worse do less of that.
I have IBS and some things that help for me are getting enough water in, eating regularly and trying not to eat too much at once, going for a walk after eating, and ginger
Hot tip with lentils - freeze anything you won’t eat within 24 hours after cooking. Basically the longer they sit the more they seem to have the gassy effect on the body and by freezing them you can save your nose (and body) from the gassy bloat lentils tend to give you if not eaten immediately. They defrost super easy too!
I struggled on and off for a couple of years with bloating along with so many other symptoms but after many tests, I was diagnosed with gluten intolerance and dairy intolerance. It’s been 9 weeks since I took both out of my diet and it’s been really strange not being bloated but it’s relieving, literally every symptom went away. They can diagnose it as IBS which is the easy option but most of the time it isn’t that. It’s worth getting tested as it could be a “mild” start to a disease or intolerance which will get worse as time goes on. Hope you get to the bottom of it and feel better ❤
The lemon and hot water drink is really good to give you some vitamin C to help with your immune system. I sometimes use lemon juice instead because I find it adds more flavour. I also add honey because it balances out the bitterness from the lemon whilst providing antioxidants.
Low FODMAP elimination diet is the gold standard for gut issues according to the specialists I’ve seen. If nothing else, you can learn what to eat *less* of/avoid. It’s good to know if something is going to cause bloating before you eat it! The way I found works best for me is as many whole foods as possible, fiber powder every morning in a protein shake, walking on the treadmill, eating as many fermented products as I want to eat in a day, and not eating meat (I still have fish from time to time). That’s what works for me, and the low fodmap diet helped me figure out that I can eat things like onions and lentils as long as I do these other things. :)
Oh Taz I feel you on the bloating! I eco what others say about yogurt, fermented foods and ginger tea. I have recently started taking magnesium as it wasn't in my multivitamin and omg it's made so much difference to bloat and loo schedule 😅 highly recommend!
Yoga really helped me with bloating. I generally bloat on my PMS and my stomach used to get very tight. I started doing 6-7 Surya namaskar (Salutation to the Sun) everyday and I have noticed a difference! Slowly incorporate it into your routine if you can. Hope this helps! ❤
I have trouble with bloating occasionally and I have found that it often happens when I have salty foods so I try to avoid them as much as possible. Bready foods can also have an adverse effect on your gut health too. I think the recommended dosage of Yakult a day is 1 - 2 bottles.
What caused my bloating was drinking through straws. I changed my water bottle for one without a straw and now I'm almost never bloated. It was so painful!
Peppermint oil capsules can help with tummy issues by soothing your internal gut muscles. Is usually available from the supermarket. It could give you some relief whilst you search for the root cause of your gut discomfort x
I've had really bad bloating this week, i mean what are the chances the same happened to u, what a coincident. Heres what I do to reduce pain and discomfort. -Drink lots of water -Consume Fibre -Be well rested -Eat food at the proper time Hope this helps! I hope we both get over this problem soon 😅
Absolutely not a professional, but have experienced gut issues in the past. Don’t beat yourself up- it’s so easy for gut health to get thrown off. A few bits that I picked up… -Avoid too much yeast and sugar as this upsets the ph balance. - Water, but little and often. Avoid over consuming anything in a short time period. - Small regular meals (5 small meals rather than 3 bigger meals). - Charcoal tablets (from coconut husks only) are great, but be careful taking other medicines alongside Good luck, it’s a phase and it won’t last forever 💚
Hey Taz, if you think that any of your indian curries or dals are spicy, you can always add water to them and boil them for a few minutes and adjust the salt accordingly. This will help in reducing the spice in it ❤
Hi Taz, I suffer from bloating as well and it is so uncomfortable. You might benefit is you try going on a low fodmap diet. I also started taking Viridian Synerbio Daily and it has helped massively.
For me when I eat sth that I know will make me bloat or gassy, I either have chamomile tea (2 teabags in one cup), or seep a crushed dried black lemon in hot water for 10 mons & drink it (black not brown the brown ones are bitter).. sometimes mix the two one teabag of chamomile with one crushed lemon
I also have huge bloating problems, for starters I would recommend on cutting of spicy food, since ur belly is so sensitive right now, eat more mild foods! Eat porrige, eat fruits, keep going with the kefir and cut out porcesssed foods
For some time I was bloating often and I came to realize it was happening after having several carb heavy foods like bread, dumplings, rice etc in one day. I did a dramatic cut back (not complete elimination) and realized I wasn't bloating anymore. Since then I've been more picky with my carbs each day
For me personally, bloating turned out to be a lactose problem. I can't even stomach yoghurt, which they say is usually more likely to be accepted well even by moderately lactose intolerant people. It took me a year or two to figure it out. But once I did figure it out, the change was huge - I felt so much better, and even my skin got clearer.
With the greasy hair thing I have thick hair too so I get greasy hair fast too. If you shampoo twice and rinse your hair upside down it really helps I also am a cosmetologist and I’ve had clients start doing this too and it’s helped them I can go a week without washing my hair now hope this makes sense and helps
Hey why don’t you try fennel water or fennel tea! It helps with bloating. Carrom seeds also help with instant burps :) Some home remedies that I tried. Watch your videos and they are so comforting ❤😊 - Rima
Yes looking after your gut. Reduce refined sugar eat prebiotics and probiotic foods. Fermented food and drinks. Yeasted bread can be a problem too. Prober sourdough bread is a slightly better choice but make sure it just has flour, water, salt and starter, supermarket bread isn't good even their sourdough style bread, go to a real bakery. M&S has these Zoe gut shots which are amazing, one a day has helped me. Look into the Zoe program too, really good program to help with gut health. Gluten also has been a slight problem but maybe an allergy test can help with that. Good luck, also love Pilates it's amazing. ❤❤❤❤
So I developed severe bloating and it led me to gut issues a lot … my sincere advice is avoid eating spicy foods and eating on time especially breakfast. Spicy foods trigger lots of problems. Breads often can cause gassy bloating feeling as well …. Have hot water atleast twice a day after greasy foods … going on a walk reduces bloating
I would recommend peppermint tea after dinner! Also try to avoid large quantities of onion and garlic, it's soooo normal for your stomach to be sensitive and bloat etc. I'm coeliac so I understand! If it is really bothering you, try gluten-free bread for a few weeks, warburtons gluten free tiger loaf is really nice. A lot of gluten-free food can taste stale, but there are good products! while some people may think its healthier to eat gluten-free its not a fad diet, however it can help with digestion.
I used to suffer from bloating and, after many attempts, I've discovered that white flours make me feel really unwell. So, white bread, biscuits, anything with processed wheat flour is a big no-no for me. Hope you'll feel better soon!
I used to have extremely bad painful bloating after eating absolutely anything!! Finally after numinous tests & years of fights with my doctors about them saying I just had acid reflux I eventually got my answers & was diagnosed with coeliac! Maybe try a gluten free diet for a few days & see how you feel❤
Taz please see a Gastroenterologist you can get yourself referred from your GP. Do not take probiotics without knowing the issue it could make the symptoms worse
I was told I have IBS two years ago, and honestly the main thing that saved me was having a Yakult everyday! 😅 Also, peppermint oil is fantastic for bloating and cramping, so highly recommend some peppermint tea with breakfast, or if it gets really bad grab some peppermint oil capsules form Holland and Barrett to have before meal times 😁
Sorry to hear about your bloating! I get the same and had it for around 10 years….so painful. Eventually I saw a dietitian who suggested trying a low FODMAP diet then reintroducing foods to identify intolerances. My my, that cured me! Turns out I’m intolerant to a few different foods. After years of peppermint and medical scans! For me it’s garlic, onion, pasta, too much courgette, lactose, yellow bananas….
kimchi is good for your gut broccoli can cause bloating if eating it often beans as well but oats oranges ginger tea or ginger on its own is good and Fermented foods
Gluten, carbs, dairy, sugary foods and some vegetables make me bloated and causes me to have gastric problems. I don’t avoid them completely except for dairy because I’m lactose intolerant and throw up. I found that not eating too early and not eating too late helps. I also recommend using a Natural Charcoal powder for taking after you eat, especially before bed. You can also use natural coconut oil and peppermint oil and put a little bit in your belly button. I lean more towards the natural way of healing one’s body and I have found that it works best for me. Also, eating pears and using a heating pad helps with digestion and bowel movements and most importantly your mental health plays a huge role in helping your gut heal. I can tend to overthink things and can stress myself out very badly and it does not help my gut, so I had to start working on my mental health and then figure out what foods work best for me and which ones don’t.
Since you like that red lentil recipe I would add fennel seed to your grocery list. I'm sure you'll still love the recipe and fennel seed is great for digestion.
As someone who has suffered with bloating and it's side effects since a child I can really sympathise ❤ they told me it was IBS and then recently, I was diagnosed with PCOS. I found cutting down my diary has helped massively with both of these issues. However, I cannot recommend the biotics OptiBac enough! The female health ones literally cured issues that were going on for years for me. However, the OptiBac max strength (it's very pricey but worth it) was a life changer. Bare in mind they do say the symptoms will get worse before they get better, so if you can ride through that part for a few days until your body starts adjusting, you might notice a massive difference.
Boil 1 spoon of cumin and fennel seeds and drink that water. It will help. Try not to have dinner late in the night. Plus try to make fresh food rather than meal prep thing if your time permits.
you can try fasting, it really helps too. And try to eat light food like veggies or egss before fasting and after breaking it. I think even 3 days would make a difference!!
Tablespoon apple cider vinegar in glass of water. Probiotics help, and if your very bloated tsp bicarb in water then u will deflate hehe. Hope you come right soon
I would get tested for food intolerances like gluten, lactose, fructose etc. Also look at what you eat before it happens and try to cut out bloating foods tbh. That would be step 1 😅
Hey Taz, for your gut issues, I'd recommend checking your hormones. Bloating is a symptom of PCOS, so definitely get that checked so you can adjust your diet and lifestyle accordingly
I have the exact same problem! I swell up pretty much like a balloon instantly after eating, I consulted my doctor about it and sometimes is can be a case of a bad bacteria in your stomach which is reacting with your food/acids. (I didn’t have it so can’t comment on that part) but know it was something mentioned when investigating! I now take mintec tablets before eating which helped
hey taz, i had the exact sensation as you whenever I ate. And the bloatedness sometimes led to an upset tummy. I decided to go get a blood test because of a recommendation and realized my body had "delayed hypersensitivity reactions" to a lot of foods that I ate repeatedly that caused the bloating and discomfort. It's not fatal, but just really uncomfortable. So if you can, I'd highly recommend going to check. At the moment, I also take probiotics as a supplement to help things move. I hope this helps you!
How much do you eat of stuff? Cause it’s so hard to find useful advice
I also find fermented foods help! I take probiotics once a day too. I have IBS as well. A fibre supplement is super important for me. Psyllium husk fibre is what I use. The supplement made the bloating worse for a week, and then improved it hugely after that
The poke a pin through my belly thing is so true and relatable 😂 I have imagined that a hundred times.
That's what they do to cows
Omg Taz that dark lip color looks so stunning on you!!❤
I have gastro problems and follow the FODMAP diet to reduce bloating.... I've found my triggers are wheat, onions and garlic, green vegetables 😬
Onion and garlic are huge bloating triggers
what my mum always uses for dal or other curries where you use legumes (chickpeas, beans, lentils, etc.) is a little bit of asafoetida powder :)
it also helps with bloating

Cranberry Juice for Gut health.

I used to have similar tummy troubles to you. I have since opted for a low gluten diet and it has made the world of difference! I rarely bloat now.

Try fennel and cumin seed tea in the morning. Just boil water with some fennel and cumin seeds and sip on it first thing in morning, helps with bloating and improves digestion
Add asafoetida/hing when you cook with lentil. It helps cut down the bloating effect. Get in at Indian grocery shop.
Manuka honey is the best for upset tummy. Works asap.
My friend had bloating a lot until she stopped eating gluten. Worth looking into :)
I struggle with really bad IBS and flare ups, I have a yakult in the morning and evening and I also have this soulfree green powder which helps too!!!
For a twist on your dhal, you could add spinach and lemon juice and it tastes delicious!
Silk Satin Pillowcase for Hair and Skin ...
When I bloat I drink Hot water or put ointment into my stomach and I eat less rice & dairy.
Re: the bloating - keep a food diary. See if there’s any links between what you’ve eaten and how you’re feeling.
Excellent suggestion.
Peppermint oil capsules can help with tummy issues by soothing your internal gut muscles. Is usually available from the supermarket. It could give you some relief whilst you search for the root cause of your gut discomfort x
Squeeze a lemon and cut up ginger and blend it together it helps with your gut and your acne chin. It works for me!
I have 2 favourite people, you & Tom Segura. Your videos are just so chill, they are relaxing to watch and make me really happy, so thank you! 💖
I've had really bad bloating this week, i mean what are the chances the same happened to u, what a coincident.
Heres what I do to reduce pain and discomfort.
-Drink lots of water
-Consume Fibre
-Be well rested
-Eat food at the proper time
Hope this helps! I hope we both get over this problem soon 😅
Taz you are absolutely stunning
Absolutely not a professional, but have experienced gut issues in the past. Don’t beat yourself up- it’s so easy for gut health to get thrown off.
A few bits that I picked up…
-Avoid too much yeast and sugar as this upsets the ph balance.
- Water, but little and often. Avoid over consuming anything in a short time period.
- Small regular meals (5 small meals rather than 3 bigger meals).
- Charcoal tablets (from coconut husks only) are great, but be careful taking other medicines alongside
Good luck, it’s a phase and it won’t last forever 💚
Fiber helps a loooot for me with the bloating. Olipop, metamucil, more greens helps a lot
Fiber is terrible for bloating...where did you get that inf?
@@vikki4now olipop too. It's a soda, one of the main ingredients is literally there to produce gas and bubbles 💀
@@Jayariee @viclloyd1
Personal experience-- like I said in my original comment, these items have worked for me. Have a great day guys!
For some time I was bloating often and I came to realize it was happening after having several carb heavy foods like bread, dumplings, rice etc in one day. I did a dramatic cut back (not complete elimination) and realized I wasn't bloating anymore. Since then I've been more picky with my carbs each day
you can have daal with yougurt to reduce spice and yougurt is also good for bloating.
Is carrom seeds called Ajwain in Urdu??
Fennel water definitely works
@@thelearningclub2021 yes!
@@akalyar008where can u get this? :)
Peppermint capsules also are good x
Taz you look GORGEOUS in that burgundy dress with the dark red lips ❤❤❤
As a Yakult connoisseur, 30 yrs here 👋👋, have one a day......just get eating better, exercise & calm down xxx
A lot of gluten-free food can taste stale, but there are good products! while some people may think its healthier to eat gluten-free its not a fad diet, however it can help with digestion.
i cant stop admiring you! youre so beautiful Taz!!
I have ibs and struggle with bloating daily! I started using cbg products and they seem to help!:)
Taz please see a Gastroenterologist you can get yourself referred from your GP. Do not take probiotics without knowing the issue it could make the symptoms worse
For dal , we add a spice called asafoetida. It's really helpful for digestion in dal , sambar and some other Indian cuisines . You can search it up :D
Mint tea helps a lot with bloating and a lot of stomach problems.
Have you been tested for gluten intolerance/Celiac Disease?
One thing that really helped me with bloating is chewing properly. I highly recommend just chewing your food well before swallowing.
There are few yoga asanas for bloating. Very very helpful
Hi dear😍
Try medical medical medium mono cleance, this will help. I have done banana mono and potato mono. Also it calmes down the nervous system.
love the burgundy dress! where is it from? :)
Symprove!!! It's absolutely amazing for gut health
Try dal with rice taz… it is a comfort food for most Indians. It’s a really wholesome meal. I hope you try it… it’ll make me so happy 🫶🏻
hey taz, i had the exact sensation as you whenever I ate.
