Our society giving consolidated bill not in brake up, so what is rule of society.
If Society is demolished and redevelopment has already begun then we presume Sinking fund and all other Funds can be distributed amongst Members.
And when new society forms after redevelopment is complete then again collection of funds can be started from all members.
This can be beneficial to keep separate accounting (Earlier accounting for old members and new accounting for all new members).
