No ele will allow anyone, mahout included, to ride them without first being "trained" to submit to man, and Jungle Boy was purchased as an infant, so how was it that Jungle Boy allowed that? One must *think, and stop trusting blindly as we've all been doing. Read the entirety of my playlist description, *think, then begin with Carol's pdf, it's very brief, concise, and informative. Free-feet are not synonymous with freedom, we know that. ENP is the largest elephant-camp in all of Thailand, and the wealthiest, due to these word-assignments. It's the seduction of the gullible western mind for the sake of dollars. I remember once, in a television interview, seeing their house, big and grand, which is not to say that the "workman" is not worthy of his due, because they are, but when you do the math, as you should when you read the blog-article further down in the list, of the volunteers paying to come, perhaps 50 per week, the daily tourists, perhaps 150 per day, the UK charity by which they receive, and whatever they receive from SEF, and their other charities by which they receive, and all the donor sponsorships and donations, they are extremely wealthy. I am not so concerned with wealth, but the integrity issues and ele-treatment, violations of their own "policies" which are claimed for *our belief, not for the sake of truth. Having studied, it is clear that both Hope and Jungle Boy have both been sent to be "trained," and now we see that Navann's trunk is damaged by the pain devices they allow: you've seen that video showing Navann's trunk. In the pdf, Carol clearly states what they allow, and it's clear they still do, because the evidence is shown. Read, and be honest with yourself about what we have seen, for you've seen a fair bit now. Fact is, of the claimed 120+ eles they have now, they only show a portion of them, maybe 50 of them in 8 years that I've seen. We haven't seen any recent videos of Hope or Jungle Boy for multiple years now: it seems that Hope is gone (see his ele-database page, it's posted there) and since we haven't seen recent footage of Jungle Boy in multiple years, you can be *sure there's a reason why. They have taught us to use the words "sanctuary" and "conservation" in describing them, but it's not a sanctuary at all: it is a privately-owned, for-profit business that buys elephants to show to tourists. By buying infirmed or crippled elephants, it calls to our sympathies to exalt ENP for "rescuing" them and to financially support them: it illicits our emotional investment, and that is *key. When they want to sell an elephant, they can and do, they answer to no one, it's a privately-owned business, not to be confused with a place like TES or PAWS or SWT. They do what serves them, which is why the camera is not put on what Tea doesn't want us to see, and we've wondered why the camera doesn't always follow the action. Conservation? See the year-old wildborn in that playlist description! Seriously?!! That means that L supported that "market" of wild-capture by purchasing what they would undoubtedly call "an orphan" (Word-usage-Alert!) whose ele-mother and family the captors killed! Is that "Conservation?" A very young infant who died not long after, totally milk-dependent, that L claimed was poisoned. See that ele-database page and think of all that would be necessary for that claim to be "true," the syringe/needle, the poison-element, AND the motive for someone to sneak in to do that, with NO one being the wiser, no dog or mahout being aware, when a mahout had to be with that infant ele round the clock to bottle-feed him. Those would be incredibly high odds. L has spoken of how awful it is that babes are separated from their mothers, but L has done it many times: Jungle Boy, the wildborn babe I just mentioned, Pupia, Liberty, and others. Integrity?
