Great job. You sure you don't want to give up the print shop and become a Konica Minolta technician? FYI - the photo conductor drums are light sensitive. Leaving them out in the light for longer than a minute or so will make them wear out faster. Keep up the good work.

Hey Just a Printer. Love your channel! I have Konica Minolta bizhub C5501. It consumes cyan toner for very few copies. Does not generate an error code. There is only cyan in the residual toner container. Any ideas? Thanks!
Might just be a dirty sensor? Take the transfer unit apart and see if there are bad parts. The service manual suggests these bad parts: DC power supply/1 (DCPS1) • Printer control board (PRCB) • 1st transfer pressure release motor (M10) • 1st transfer pressure sensor/1 (PS50) • 1st transfer pressure sensor/2 (PS51)

hi John, can I ask, are you referring to the drums in the transfer belt. It would be good to know for when I might need to replace them.

Hmm, the developer or developer unit might need to be replaced. How do the click counts of the C unit compare to M,Y,K?

Normally I fix this problem with a tie tag by putting tie tag between cyan primery roller and body where it got dislocated.
