Insecurity during my teen years was dealt with by blending in with others.
But, unlike the real chameleon, my tongue can't stretch out 18 inches and bring a bug back into my mouth. I was entertained for sure watching on youtube a chameleon in its handler's hand shooting its tongue out and
bringing it back to its mouth one frutifly after another. The chameleon
seemed to be about 5 inches long but its tongue triple that number.
