Only the court has power which comes from the people and not the government in the form of a jury. The magistrates court is not a real court and has no real judge/s. The magistrates themselves have no understanding of the law and the sentences come from the clerk of the court - how can that be lawful? I know for a fact that the magistrates are generally clueless because my sister is one.

That's not true. The requirement for police to inform you that they are recording you is just Collage of Policing Policy. It has no legal basis whatsoever.

i go out as often as i can to places in london that i haven't visited really, and although i've been through brixton often, and even went to a party there a while ago, it was only a couple of weeks ago i went taking photos and it's a really buzzing place to visit, i've been twice now and i will go again cos it's a photographers dream really.

He was doing the right thing today. I know you don't like the police and I saw the old video of your house invasion and I understand why. But they are still people and you should give them any credit due for doing thier job correctly rather than assume some kind of ill intent. That was all, im a big fan but a fair man, and I reckon you kinda missjudged the guy. i go out as often as i can to places in london that i haven't visited really, and although i've been through brixton often, and even went to a party there a while ago, it was only a couple of weeks ago i went taking photos and it's a really buzzing place to visit, i've been twice now and i will go again cos it's a photographers dream really.
If business or organisation want more security , they should have a double gated zoned entrance , then when one gate shuts the second one opens .
