I wondered how many days it has the slip in the mould
Its amazing how it goes on the edges you would think all the clay would drop to the bottom maybe there's a few little tiny trade secrets now let's see how the molds are made
I'm too old to change my vocation but what a job fantastic
Not more than half hour based on other articles made from slip.
It depends on the weather temperature in summer maybe only half an hour and in winter around 1.5 to 2 hours.

Once a mold becomes saturated with water it will take longer for the clay to set in the mold. The plaster molds need to dry out before starting a new round of planters..

This really looks like rocket science- how on earth (perhaps not even Mars) did he manage to get a layer of clay to settle besides the upper walls of the thermocole box cast despite gravity fources pushing to the floor
The hydrophilic plaster does the trick, drying the clay near it, whether vertical or horizontal

I watch a lot of these types of videos. When I see the yards full of hundreds of pieces I always wonder about the business side of it. How fast do they sell as there's always so many already made while they add more to the inventory. Do places like hotels, property developers or public projects come in often and buy a large batch at once. Like 50 or 100 pieces so they match around a large property?.
You are right these are sold in very large quantities that's why they have to keep the stock full.
