That cup of tea tasted heartwarming even before I saw this video.
Nice work, but it breaks my heart to see the poor working conditions. Probably, the owner's factory is making tons of money out of cheap labor and material.
I might start a Go Fund Me page to buy a stick for the guy putting his hand in the mincer, before he loses a few fingers . . . or worse. Watching him gave me the shivers, but the process of making a functional and rather beautiful piece is fascinating.
They make these pieces about a hundred times faster than me, literally. I enjoy making pottery as hobby, but it takes me hours to do what they do in minutes. Amazing
Hard work at a rapid pace, heavy lifting too. They must be exhausted at days end.

Such a factory should start production of ceramic sets(plates,pots, kettle,spoons much more)
Sad to see the lack of even rudimentary safety procedures. I wonder how many have lost a finger or worse in the clay auger. Or lost a toe by not wearing steel-toed shoes. And you know some rich bastard is making a ton of money and paying this guys very little.

I worked in a commercial pottery in Australia and the process was pretty much the same. These guys, I would say, produce more output. Less fingers lost in Australia though😅.
I was the tunnel kiln operator. There were three of us doing 12 hour shifts.

We are unable to do this type hardworking.That people were suited.Their food also very strengthy like chapathi,beef, dal etc.

Starting to understand why so many wanna come to my country, way better work conditions. We also spend $ to make the job easier on the body and so a worker will work many more years. I still pondering if the guy putting clay into that tube compactor, or aka meat press still has all his fingers today?
It's so unnecessary for him to put his hand in the chute like that. He could use a wooden dowel to push the clay down.
